I’m giving this particular Wingstop on 10th west in Palmdale 1⭐️ 👏👏you deserve it 100% by far some of the WORST service I’ve experienced. I place a carry out order 1hr before I wanted to pick it up; I arrive promptly when my order should be ready, when I get there it’s not. The girl who received me, not sure if she was a lead or manager but she had the worst attitude ever, snobby, and short, just because I asked how long it would take for my order that I placed an hour ago would be ready. all I got was “ we’re working on it” as a response . All while there are 4-5 people behind her standing around on their phone, twiddling their thumbs, or talking about nonsense. I mean if you’re that miserable at your job”burger flipping job” ( sorry, wings-flipping) or don’t like dealing with people find a new job. And when I got my food it was warm, not even hot. Like seriously. What the hell. And they complain that they’re not paid enough… for what you want 20$/hr+ to be rude to people. Such a disappointment. STEP IT UP WINGSTOP, find better people to run your business. I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for them to get my food ready. PATHETIC

I had a BOGO offer that was good for 1 week. The store manager would not honor the offer even after reading the offer dates. He stated that the offer was only good the first day of that offer, regardless of the fact that the offer said it was good for 7 days.

Every time I eat here there’s an issue. Tonight they gave me the wrong order and I didn’t realize it until I got home. I went back totally understanding and not mad at all. Sam who I assume is a manager, told me that it was my fault and that I should make sure they called the right name next time. Then tells me he heard his employee call out the name and saw me take the order. Me and the other person have totally different names so there’s no way I would have heard it wrong plus I repeated my name to the employee to confirm it was “my order”. So now my family gets to eat cold food and we’re the bad guys. Whatever happened to customer service! 0/10 don’t recommend!

Regular prices are too high. The boneless wings are a size of a chicken bite. I feel they should have a bigger size for their price. Ten small boneless wings and fries with soda is 19.99 without tax added. If you dont get a special, it's a total rip-off. 😫

I don't like how they fired the only black girl that was working there..So that the gay girl can hire her own daughter .That's what I mean when it's ok for them to hire their family and friends that's y everywhere u go it's all Mexicans working in one establishment that's definitely decrimination and racism but it's ok for them to come and hire people who barely speak English.. Black people has bills and kids to feed too ..So I don't go there anymore...
