Terrible customer service. Lady taking my order had a terrible attitude. I did not order anything ended up walking out locating another wing stop!
I order thru the app, and my food is always on time. Plus, I like this location because their cooks know what they're doing. Food is always delicious!

We ordered a 30 piece and got 1 tiny ranch and all the chicken was very undercooked
Not sure why there’s so many low ratings, a lot of you guys must be picky. This is the only Wingstop location I’ve been to and they never disappoint. The wings and fries alway come out perfectly and the service is amazing. I’ve never had an issue with this Wingstop.

Missing items i order from uber rats and all the 11 wings were missing then i had to go and pick them up to the store ?

Employees are so rude and useless. They were busy laughing with eachother when multiple people needed assistance. Particularly a young female employee with dark hair & low Bruce Jenner ponytail at the register was ignoring customers. The drink machine is always dirty, dispensing watered down flavors, and smells of saliva. Ratchet location and employees.

We walked in and placed order on Feb 2nd at 6:39PM and was given a 20 minute wait time. We watched our ticket sit in the window in front of the cooks until around 7:10 and then asked staff where our order was. It seems they forgot our order and have already given at least 3 to 5 other walk ins their food already. We tried to be polite and not bother staff but when we realized how long we had actually been waiting we finally adressed the issue. We asked for our food so we could leave and a copy of receipt. The girl in the front was apologetic and wanted to get us a copy but she could not get the system to print one and she never gave us a copy to start with. She then asked the girl in the kitchen for help. The girl in the back came up and had an attitude with us and did not want to provide us a copy of the receipt. Probably because we have now waited 43 minutes for our food and our receipt was the proof. Our order was supposed to be dine in but since we waited almost an hour we took it to go home. Both wing orders were burnt and had crispy parts all over the wings. One order of French fries was already cold. The food and service on this occasion were both terrible. We are filling a complaint through the website.
