We walked in and placed order on Feb 2nd at 6:39PM and was given a 20 minute wait time. We watched our ticket sit in the window in front of the cooks until around 7:10 and then asked staff where our order was. It seems they forgot our order and have already given at least 3 to 5 other walk ins their food already. We tried to be polite and not bother staff but when we realized how long we had actually been waiting we finally adressed the issue. We asked for our food so we could leave and a copy of receipt. The girl in the front was apologetic and wanted to get us a copy but she could not get the system to print one and she never gave us a copy to start with. She then asked the girl in the kitchen for help. The girl in the back came up and had an attitude with us and did not want to provide us a copy of the receipt. Probably because we have now waited 43 minutes for our food and our receipt was the proof. Our order was supposed to be dine in but since we waited almost an hour we took it to go home. Both wing orders were burnt and had crispy parts all over the wings. One order of French fries was already cold. The food and service on this occasion were both terrible. We are filling a complaint through the website.

Very dirty bathroom. broken soda machine just not worth coming here. Rude customer service no name tags so I can’t complain. I ordered 30pc family split . 2 drinks and a bottle of water. Total 67.43 I ask for a water cup however the lady wanted to charge a 3 dollar 39 cents for a water cup. Why be so stingy over a cup. Never coming back

I order here 2-3x a month and every time the workers give me hot, fresh, & delicious food, with exceptional customer service!! I appreciate every single worker for always giving me a great experience. I dont eat out often, but when I do, wingstop is my top choice. Definitely money well spent!

Today (7/29/23) is National Wing Day, and we decided to celebrate! Apparently it's also a day featuring major league baseball games as well as a big UFC Match. WingStop is getting hit hard! We didn't catch her name at the time, but we were helped by a sweet young lady who our receipt says is named Leilani. She deserves a raise, because this girl was at the front counter taking all of the walk-in orders, at the same time consistently had 2-3 calls at a time where she was taking phone orders, she had to manage frustrated people upset about the quoted 40 minute wait.. could no one understand how busy this one location was? Yet through it all, Leilani provided excellent customer service to everyone with a friendly smile.We decided we wanted to dine-in since there were tables available. I never knew this location had tables! It's much larger inside than the exterior would lead you to believe. The tables are comfortably spaced, and the dining area was kept very clean. My gosh, our table even had an outlet where I could plug in my phone to charge! My iPhone peeps know what a bonus this is!We ordered their "Latto Meal" special, named after a rapper: 21 classic bone-in wings with up to 3 flavors, a large fry and 2 sauces. Leilani didn't bat an eye when I unleashed my special order requests for "all flats, extra crisp, fries extra crisp". We also got an order of carrot & celery sticks and a couple of beverages. They have a pretty cool soda machine with SO many drink options! This kept us amused and hydrated while we waited for our dinner. In around 30 minutes (less than the quoted wait time), our food was brought to us, exactly as we ordered it. Everything was prepared to our special order and was delicious! I lost track of how many people came in to pick up large take-out orders. The staff in the kitchen with Leilani at the helm did a great job cranking out thousands of chicken wings! Interesting, we noticed a LOT of people ran next door to Little Caesar's to grab stacks of pizzas to take home with their WingStop orders. Apparently a pro tip!Next time you're wanting chicken wings, definitely give the Wingstop location on West Avenue N (in the Smart n Final center) a try. You won't be sorry!

Whatever you do dont take the carbonated drink although it come with the meal. Recently certain fast food restaurants have been altering there C02 machine and it affect taste buds! II suggest this...first try your food it will be full of flavor...then try your carbonated beverage...then try your food again....and you will have a temporary lost of taste!i kid you not. many fast food restaurants are doing this lately.lets see when they switch out this faulty soda maker...

Thought I would give this place a second try since I live near by and it’s convenient for me. But no! Spent $70 and the cashier literally ignored my request for extra pickles on my sandwich and I asked for 1 side of buffalo sauce instead of ranch. When I received my order I asked again if the buffalo was in there. She asked the person that packed it. Which he lied and said it was in the bag. It was not. How hard is it to please the customer with such a small request ? If you don’t like pleasing a customer with putting the condiments they like why do you work there? Find a new job. Also very unappealing the other worker had her hair in a ponytail messy hanging down. Hello you work with food. No one wants hair in their food. Tie it back in a bun or braid. Very disappointing establishment!

Fast service. Although I arrived within 20 minutes of closing, the 3 gentlemen working were very friendly, and even offered me a free drink for the wait which was totally my fault. The best wing stop I've ever stopped at. I hope wing stop sees this & rewards them with a well deserved raise, NOT a pizza party.
