I went to Xevichez Sushi Bar recently and honestly, it turned into one of those nights that just felt easy and fun.
We walked in not really knowing what to expect, and right away the staff made us feel welcome. No attitude, no rushing — just good energy. Our server was super patient while we decided and gave great recommendations.
When the food came out, you could immediately tell it was fresh. The rolls were packed with flavor and looked almost too pretty to eat. After the first bite, we just kind of looked at each other and nodded like, “Yeah… this place is legit.”
We left full, in a good mood, and already talking about coming back. It didn’t just feel like dinner — it felt like a really good experience.

I recently had the pleasure of trying this food, and it completely exceeded my expectations. Every bite was full of rich, fresh flavor, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the preparation. The seasoning was perfectly balanced, the ingredients tasted high-quality, and the presentation was beautiful.
The portion size was generous without feeling heavy, and the entire meal left me perfectly satisfied. Whether you’re craving comfort food or something a bit more elevated, this definitely hits the spot. I would happily order it again and recommend it to anyone looking for something truly delicious!

The menu has no prices and when you get the bill you’re shocked. About twice as expensive as I would have thought. The food is good though but probably wont come back

Prices on rolls are a little pricey. They're $6 to $7 bucks more expensive per roll than other places for similar rolls. You don't know that until it's time to pay, the menu doesn't have prices.

Our go to Sushi spot. Love the Aguachile rolls. Most recently had the aguachile steak and we enjoyed that as well. Wish they had the all you can eat sushi like the one in Sylmar use to have but overall its always good.
