Service was such a disappointment, with only 5 tables dining in there should not have been such a slow and uncaring service. Food always mediocre at best. Compared to other similar places their menu is lacking items. We got our food before our drinks. Our server is either someone's son and that's the only reason they have the job or they need to train their personnel better. Not worth it both taste and price wise.
Dietary restrictions: You will have to ask alot of questions. Their menu is no help when trying to figure out what you can and cannot eat.

Definitely used the “xevichez” name to draw in a crowd but definitely not the same quality from sylmar xevichez. Waited 45 mins on a slow night for my rolls and to top it off the waiter forgot to add my wife’s teriyaki bowl (she doesn’t eat sushi). The whole time they never once asked us if we wanted refills on our drinks. Big tuna by the mall a way better choice

Take a minute, I looked for a new place to eat I found this restaurant the area was okay ish not really an eye catcher, that is until you walk inside.
Inside is beautiful and the music was good me and my wife went In early trying to beat the crowds I ordered a Cielo rojo(michelada) it was okay I ordered 2 pieces of tuna 2 pieces of salmon and the new york steak aguachile roll
the tuna tasted a bit fishy I know some people may say that's normal but no.
These small dishes quickly added up to a high 65$ wich was a bit ridiculous to me seeing the quality of the food The aguachile rolls were really bitter and I didn't eat them
But at least the waitress was nice, although really felt like she was in a rush.
the sushi cooks unfortunately i will not be calling them chefs I don't believe take their job seriously as they were goofing around from the time we walked in,,, Long story short I was really dissatisfied and I recommend you saving your money and going elsewhere until they get someone who cares about what they are pushing out to their customers..

The best sushi bar in AV. I have no idea about people who left one star review. Most likely these are just competitors. We use to visit this beautiful place at least every week. Super friendly stuff give us best service and amazing food. The price is very affordable and the quality more than worth it. Thanks guys. You are the best!
