I just wanna celebrate how Yogurtland has always been my go to yogurt place. I recently went to Menchie's over by the mall because I wanted to see if they were improved from the last time I went there. Unfortunately, the experience was very lacking.
I made my way over to Yogurtland and I instantly felt welcomed and bought a big bowl. The only benefits I can see with Menchies is they have meme-friendly toppings thrown in there.
Also I'm a little concerned about the unprofessionalism of Menchie's subtly dunking on Yogurtland when I mentioned my choice to go to one over the other because of my customer experience. Not good vibes there.

Service is always great and so is the yogurt. However one of the employees is a bit rude and is very unsanitary, I believe her name is Susana? This one time I went in she spoke to me as if trying to rush me out the store. I also noticed that she cleaned basically the entire store, handled money, and proceeded to give me my spoon and lid, all with the same pair of gloves. Didn’t change them until after and I find that very unsanitary and unprofessional.

Yogurt and toppings are awsome!!! But the employee was soooo rude. And afterwards when i ask her for her manager, she didn't want to give me the name or nothing. The employees name is CAMILA.. So disappointed 😞
Very delicious and amazing selections of topping and they got Albanesses gummy bears. The yogurt is always good and soft. Great staff kind and courteous and helpful and get u in and out. Place is clean and well kept and spacious if u are with a crowd.

Came here @ 10:10pm 09/09/24. Their hours is set to close 10:30pm. There was two employees in the store! Not sure what happened for them to close early . We came here from Lancaster cause other locations were closed and this location is the only one that closes at 10:30pm. IF TIMES ARE NOT UPDATED UPDATE THEM FOR THINGS LIKE THIS NOT TO HAPPEN ! I wasted my gas!! AND TIME
