Dont bother with this place they choose and pick what they want to charge you for at an additional price even when you take a coupon. If you want chicken and beef its an additional 1.50 for the beef, without advising when you get to the register. They just add that and then want to provide a receipt you can't even read due to the ink ALWAYS being our to print a good receipt or just wont give you one at all. Had 18.99 coupon that I was able to use twice and with tax should have been about 42.60.... NOPE 52.27 was what was charged to my account 😡 just about 10 bucks more... Called in and the excuse was well we are a franchise we can charge extra if we want even though the coupon only states extra for salmon or ribeye.... again woman on the phone kept saying yeah but we are franchise so thats how we want to do it... Im so angry and annoyed why except the coupons and why not post this at your register or say anything. I sent in my son because im ill and didnt want to get any germs all over the place but sheesh this location is just taking advantage and not even cooking their chicken all the way. The BBB will be getting a lengthy email and also corporate. Why have their name associated with this garbage and ethics is BEYOND me. Do better 47th street yoshinoya you guys just go from bad to worse each time

Bought food online on the app..got uncooked vegetables and literally 3 pieces of carrots and 2 broccoli and some skin of cabbage. And in that small portion spread all over the large bowl to make it look large. Called the restaurant and the manger Ashley she said call the customer service and not me. While they made th food there. Horrible place don't buy from them again anyone. I am going to sue this restaurant especially and I know this a franchise and it corporate owned and I will take them to take for ripping off people here. Not worth the money at all. Dor. My experience was awful we were awfully discriminated for being Hispanic the girl accused us of trying to steal when we were paying for our food she insulted us and said that she wouldn’t sell to us because we looked like people who would rob she even threatened to call the police for no reason first and last time I buy food from there she didn’t even check the money and kept accusing it of being fake truly unacceptable

I'll been going to this restaurant for 6 years and I noticed that the receips always looks blurred. I don't understand the prices, exemple chicken bowl shows price 8.99 but they charge 1.00 for the rice and 1.00 for vegetables so total is 10.99 plus tax, so that means if you don't want rice and vegetables that price of 8.99 I just for the chicken and the bowl right? It's doesn't make sense. I'm I right?

Undercooked chicken, food was too salty and flavorless , this was disappointing and disgusting to the point where I don’t even wanna walk in for a refund I’m so sick right now!!! If I get food poisoning from this I will be suing this chain!

This place is a rip off, Yoshinoya is gotten more expensive, My wife order a bowl with noodles and chicken, instead she got children's bowl with maybe 4 noodles seriously Beef bowl"""
Plus i order a combo beef and chicken with veggies and large chicken that 7 pieces of chicken and all rice and charge for the same as combo freaking rip off to a total 45.00 dollars and does not include drinks, Yoshinoya is becoming smaller and more expensive almost restaurant food prices for what you paid for fast food, this is the reason they are closing franchises more and more.

Prices are now so ridiculous, what's the point of eating here anymore?? Even with the coupons, prices are DOUBLE what they were just a year or two ago. At these crazy high prices, just do yourself a favor and go to a mom and pop Asian fast food place, where you'll get double the food for half the price
