This place is a rip off, Yoshinoya is gotten more expensive, My wife order a bowl with noodles and chicken, instead she got children's bowl with maybe 4 noodles seriously Beef bowl"""
Plus i order a combo beef and chicken with veggies and large chicken that 7 pieces of chicken and all rice and charge for the same as combo freaking rip off to a total 45.00 dollars and does not include drinks, Yoshinoya is becoming smaller and more expensive almost restaurant food prices for what you paid for fast food, this is the reason they are closing franchises more and more.

Prices are now so ridiculous, what's the point of eating here anymore?? Even with the coupons, prices are DOUBLE what they were just a year or two ago. At these crazy high prices, just do yourself a favor and go to a mom and pop Asian fast food place, where you'll get double the food for half the price

Well, I don't usually get Bubba at yoshinoya, yet I decided to give it a try tonight. However, I am very disappointed of what I got. Dayana the cashier was very nice, and welcoming, but the other associate (female) whose name I didn't bother to get was very rude and didn't give my drink at first, so I stay waiting and when she saw that I was standing there waiting, she went to get my drink that was already made who knows how long (drink was not even mine but was already there). When she handed me the drink was about half filled, I saw it but I didn't want to argue with the associate, soI just left!

The cashier did not honor the coupon I had and claimed they were a franchise when I’ve gotten them honored before. I asked them why were they charging the full price for both bowls I got and she said “the coupon worked, just not on the 2nd bowl.” If she couldn’t enter the coupon code the best thing she could have said is they don’t take them anymore. They had a bad attitude. I also ordered a boba that I was waiting for and some other girl asks with attitude, “do you need anything else?!” I said “the boba you’re holding.” Horrible careless attitude. They need to train their staff better.

Went around 2-3pm on New Year’s Day. The two younger girls that were working were extremely rude, maybe they were going through some personal issues or were very unhappy that they’re working on a holiday. One was cleaning the doors which was the only entrance and was getting upset that people were using the doors and saying rude/passive, aggressive remarks such as “you know there’s two doors” instead of just simply greeting guest and advising them to use the other door. Upset that people were walking through the open one that she was cleaning instead of opening the second door, even though the pathway was wide open to walk-through, since she was just cleaning the outside of the door, not even the inside closest to the entrance. And then the pink girl hair working the register had a very bad attitude not just with my elderly parents, but other guest. She seemed very upset when people would ask her for things like soy sauce or condiments. Like it was a bother for her. Both girls seemed very unhappy and rude maybe they were going through some personal issues? I hope next year they’re in a better position where they feel good enough to treat people with just decent respect.
