The cashier did not honor the coupon I had and claimed they were a franchise when I’ve gotten them honored before. I asked them why were they charging the full price for both bowls I got and she said “the coupon worked, just not on the 2nd bowl.” If she couldn’t enter the coupon code the best thing she could have said is they don’t take them anymore. They had a bad attitude. I also ordered a boba that I was waiting for and some other girl asks with attitude, “do you need anything else?!” I said “the boba you’re holding.” Horrible careless attitude. They need to train their staff better.

Went around 2-3pm on New Year’s Day. The two younger girls that were working were extremely rude, maybe they were going through some personal issues or were very unhappy that they’re working on a holiday. One was cleaning the doors which was the only entrance and was getting upset that people were using the doors and saying rude/passive, aggressive remarks such as “you know there’s two doors” instead of just simply greeting guest and advising them to use the other door. Upset that people were walking through the open one that she was cleaning instead of opening the second door, even though the pathway was wide open to walk-through, since she was just cleaning the outside of the door, not even the inside closest to the entrance. And then the pink girl hair working the register had a very bad attitude not just with my elderly parents, but other guest. She seemed very upset when people would ask her for things like soy sauce or condiments. Like it was a bother for her. Both girls seemed very unhappy and rude maybe they were going through some personal issues? I hope next year they’re in a better position where they feel good enough to treat people with just decent respect.

Ordered gyozas and clearly got burnt gyozas, and they smelled like burnt oil as well. What a waste of food and money.

Asked for light ice on my Boba drink cause I'm sick and then proceeded to hand me a drink that was 70% ice. Didn't care or even offer some kind of refill or refund. Never getting food or drink here again. Sorry ?

Yoshinoya is one of my favorite go to lunch spots especially this location. I have gone to the other locations in Palmdale and Lancaster and the service and food haven't been up to par. The food here is constantly good and so is the service. My go to meal is the Original Beef and Habanero Spicy Chicken. I am always in and out within 10 minutes or less. They also have a military discount. Which is always a plus for me. They also have good coupon deals.

I recommend the place on 47th and R in Palmdale. Just check your order before you leave they don't always get it right

I really like this Yoshinoya compared to the one by the mall because it's not crammed in with other things and it has actual space for you to sit down and relax. The problem is the company itself has a lot of discounts and advertisers which don't really work well with the app. They need to update their app. The food is solid even if it's basically Japanese fast food And not made with care. They do their best and the people that work there are good and give you a lot of little nice side things but the problem is it's just rather basic stuff. The salmon is always good with a Normas portion and it can take you a while to finish off the beef. You just need to be in a certain mood to eat this kind of thing. I get the craving maybe once a month and it's good to have the salmon but I don't feel like the prices are worth it for just having a basic entrée with rice and the brown rice is not that good. Good place good people but the food of the Yoshinoya is mixed and you should make sure of what you're getting before you go. Also please fix the app.

The food was very dry and nasty, udon noodles were hard, the meat was saltier than ever, it was just all bad they need new cooks.

Yoshinoya never gets five stars. It's never great. However, this one particularly shut off the drinks as soon as they see me walk in with a bottle for my baby. I told her can I get some juice for my baby she's like oh those are not fountain drinks. OK I'll go get my cup and do a refill. She then turned it back on. Asian places are known to be cheap one napkin places. But after spending the amount of money here you're really gonna be stingy on a bottle full of juice?

Great customer service . Went into Yoshinoya a couple of weeks ago with my big family and we we're deciding what to order and our cashier Marili was so patient and helped us out with what to order. She had such a positive attitude. She even came up to us while we were eating and asked if we were doing okay and threw away our trash.

In one word: sloppy. This place was really a disappointment. The meat was only semi-chopped up with the skin left on it. The facility was dirty on the doors, the trashcans the tables and the bathrooms. On the other hand, the sweet and spicy edamame had a terrific flavor. That’s the only thing I would Buy from here again.

It's just the food service industry, it's not that deep. However, girly pop with the red hair needs a hug. I genuinely don't think her bad attitude was a reflection of who she truly is, Yoshinoya management needs to do better. Your employees are visibly exhausted.
