Food is so so, fusion and not authentic. However, this Place is clean, service is good. Most important is food and value. It is expensive for what we got. Portion is small. So, we can't recommend this place.

Folks who go to Asian Box go because the food is reliable and tasty. This is NOT what this review is about (because it is still reliable and tasty). This review is for the service. Door Dash screwed up my order (not surprising) so after realizing that I was NOT going to get my Asian Box order delivered, I drove to the restaurant to place the order again. I spoke with Wendy, the Executive General Manager, and she was understanding, kind, and most importantly, professional. She immediately helped me with my order and expediated it so quickly, I should have just gone to the restaurant to place my order instead of relying on Door Dash. Also, I want add that their crew quickly put together 6 orders in 5 minutes. Go there if you want to be treated kindly and respectfully because fewer and fewer places nowadays seem to remember that service is just as important as food quality and taste.

I get takeout here all the time! Obsessed with the salad add Salmon. The rest of our family likes the sandwich and soup. I like this place- a lot. The cashiers are always friendly too.

I haven't written a Yelp review in literal years, but Asian Box is unreal. $20 for a box and when I opened it up --- there was hardly any food in it! Four pieces of the white part of a napa cabbage was the amount of vegetables. Barely any pork or rice -- this was robbery and just a lack of care about the food. Like someone was just rushing and put whaevs in the box. I know inflation is rough, but fr? Never ordering from here again.

Appreciate that the pho came with the bean sprouts, onion shreds, pepper slices, and spicy broth sauce came on the side so that the customer could add however much they want, if desired. Wish that there was more noodle base, but it was a good enough balance with the chicken mixed in. Broth tasted really good, but got cold quickly. Very sweet of the workers to personally deliver your food to your table, but I wish that there was an inside venue to eat.

This place is all about customization, letting you build your own box with a protein, veggies, and sauce of your choice. The ingredients are noticeably fresh, and the portions are perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner. Don't expect mind-blowing flavors, but do expect a satisfying meal that will keep you going without breaking the bank.Seating is limited, so this place is more of a grab-and-go situation. It's ideal for takeout or a casual bite for one or two people. No frills; it does a good job of being quick and convenient. A perfect guilt-free fast food alternative

We were traveling in the area for my husband's job and I picked up a tofu bowl with rice, curry, and all the toppings to share with my toddler. It was delicious! My son chowed down on it alongside me. All of the dressings looked yummy, but I'm glad we got the curry. I wish there was another vegetarian/vegan protein option, but the tofu was very good. The staff was friendly and talked to me about all the options. They put the bowl together super fast and we were out the door quickly. It was about $16 for a bowl that was big enough to share with my son and have a small bit of leftovers for him later, which nowadays is pretty good! We won't be in the area much, but if we are again I would definitely go.Vegetarian options: They only have one protein option, but widely customizable base, dressings, and toppings.

Have eaten there many times and always feel happy that it was the choice. In fact, it was never a disappointment Highly recommend for anyone who loves fresh healthy food.

It is, hands down, the best Asian restaurant in this part of Palo Alto. And the ability to order with one's meal is a bonus. This place is the only upside to visiting a family member or friend at Stanford Hospital.

Unique fully gluten free Asian street food restaurant. We always know that it is safe to go to an Asian box. Very small seating area inside, but plenty of seating.
