Terrible customer service. When I asked if they had ripe bananas, the girl behind the counter gave a dirty look and said no. I asked if they had peanuts instead of almonds for my banana split, and she again said no with a mean face. First off, what ice cream place doesn't carry peanuts for their banana split?? And their bananas were more green than yellow. Also, it's the smallest scoops I've seen at any location.
On several occasions at this particular site, the cashier ( a few times it was a girl and once it was a guy) charged me a higher price than what I was told for their tub of ice cream and I discovered upon checking my receipt, I was charged for a different flavor. Next time I’ll look at my receipt before leaving. **Buyer Beware**

This is so not fair! The lady at the counter was trying to trick us by charging too much. The screen showed $5.99, but she sneakily changed it and added a more expensive ice cream! It's just mean and sneaky! And they even said they'd take my coupon, but when I got my ice cream—the buy one, get one free one—they didn't even use it. And the ice creams were like the tiniest I've ever seen at Baskin Robbins. It was so wrong! I'm giving this place zero stars! Their service was unfriendly, like they didn't even want us there!

I remember back in the midtown days a Baskin-Robbins moved in there right after Edie's merged with dryer's ice cream and their stores closed up and then came in Baskin-Robbins I've been shopping there since 1968 when I was eevee's locals know

We order ice cream cake every year at this Barkin Robbins for over a dozen years, the kids love the ice cream and theme decoration, and the adults like some not so sweet dessert at the end of a BBQ+Potluck annual summer gathering among a dozen families and friends. We usually one day in advance and pick up the cake around 5-6pm on the day of party. If the child likes a particular theme for decoration, you might want to check out the options a few days earlier, just in case the kits are not available and the store has to order from somewhere else. cheers!

Had the banana split today and loved it on a very hot day.
Baskin Robbins is a classic. It seems they have removed the green color from the mint chocolate chip, a move I suppose my body is probably thankful for less artificial coloring but then again we also ordered the wild n' reckless which has plenty of colors. But I take that all back on artificial coloring because I just looked at the site description and apparently this painting of an ice cream is also colored naturally with vegetable juices! Kudos, Baskin Robbins. I've just upped my review to 4 stars from 3.I was very impressed with the sherbet flavors of raspberry, green apple, and fruit punch - a fun variation to the classic rainbow varietyLooks like this place still has some tricks up its sleeves!
