This is so not fair! The lady at the counter was trying to trick us by charging too much. The screen showed $5.99, but she sneakily changed it and added a more expensive ice cream! It's just mean and sneaky! And they even said they'd take my coupon, but when I got my ice cream—the buy one, get one free one—they didn't even use it. And the ice creams were like the tiniest I've ever seen at Baskin Robbins. It was so wrong! I'm giving this place zero stars! Their service was unfriendly, like they didn't even want us there!

I remember back in the midtown days a Baskin-Robbins moved in there right after Edie's merged with dryer's ice cream and their stores closed up and then came in Baskin-Robbins I've been shopping there since 1968 when I was eevee's locals know

The lady at the counter was planning to overcharge. The price on the machine said 5.99 and yet they cancelled the entry and manually added a different ice cream with additional charges

Came here with my daughter. Staff is friendly and offered for her to sample different flavors. My daughter didn't need to as she was dead set on cookies and cream but the gesture is always appreciated.

Maaaan this guy looked hella happy when I came in the place.I got me the pb and j scoop. It was scoop. They had some seats and even a hay bale. It's a real welcoming vibe in this place. The worker had a great smile . His great service reminded me of Hawaii and the aloha spirit.

Manager/owner removed rude comments accusing me of wanting something for free. All my 6 year old wanted was a sample, but we got mosquitoes in our face and a rude owner instead. Only made purchase since Rick's closes at 8. Also had Yelp removed my pictures of the bug that was inside the store.

Lovely young woman waited on us this time (last Monday ) - very helpful and pleasant. The ice cream is always excellent - that's a given, but the service is not always this good.

If you know exactly the ice cream you are having it's great to come. But we have been coming a few times now and it's okay. Today we stopped by again. For our surprise my son wanted a new flavor of ice cream and there is NO TASTING! Well it will be our last time in.

We order ice cream cake every year at this Barkin Robbins for over a dozen years, the kids love the ice cream and theme decoration, and the adults like some not so sweet dessert at the end of a BBQ+Potluck annual summer gathering among a dozen families and friends. We usually one day in advance and pick up the cake around 5-6pm on the day of party. If the child likes a particular theme for decoration, you might want to check out the options a few days earlier, just in case the kits are not available and the store has to order from somewhere else. cheers!

This review is for their online orders via DoorDash, etc. Every order we've placed has been cancelled. Every single order. No explanation, no idea why, no apology.

Ugh. I have come every week for at least a month with my toddler, it has been convenient but not a particularly magical experience. Usually the same girl serving me, so I sorta expect it. Fine, no problem. Today I ordered our ice creams, paid, and realized I forgot the toppings when my toddler cheered for sprinkles. I told the staff "sorry, I forgot. Let me pay again for the extra toppings." I pay the extra $2. The girl with red lash extensions was super sweet and added my toddlers sprinkles, no biggie. The other girl who I usually see is literally whining about adding my hot fudge that SHE just charged me for. She tries to hand me a cup that has overflowed with fudge and is all over the counter. I said "it is spilling, can you pop it in a bigger cup" and she goes "THATS WHY YOU HAVE TO TELL US BEFOREHAND." She is such a bummer, we're the only customers for this entire transaction too. I paid an extra $2 for *literally* a teaspoon of sprinkles and a single pump of hot fudge..... it is ice cream, can you please chill.
