Surly unwelcoming staff. Avoid this place at all costs. Actual Prices are roughly double what are posted on the menu link on Google Maps lists.

Great service, really good food & nice sized portions. The owner and her family seem really happy to see you and make everyone feel welcome!
Cafeteria style clubhouse. Was close and convenient and clean. Full bar.
$4 happy hour beers. Patio has been revamped and looks really nice. Golf course is under construction so hours might vary.
After years of breakfasts and lunches and birthdays party here we decided it was THE place to hold a memorial service for one of ur friends. And indeed it is. Arrangements for the room, the colors, the electronics, the catered food was easily completed and delivered even nicer than anticipated. Thank you Bay Cafe.

Great for multi use
Best food place in the area if you're stuck on the other side of the freeway without a car (read: walk-able work lunch). Food isn't the best, but some of the specials are pretty good. Cesar wrap is probably one of their best standards. If you like burgers, the bacon cheeseburger is good, but their fries are awful.
Great staff makes visit a real pleasure.
