Bagel is great
Service very bad
Plain bagel smell like garlic and has everything bagels seasoning; they don't clean the cutting knife, my bagel always has cream cheese even i ordered different spread; order a dozen bagel get 1 free, I never get 1 extra.
Need to train employees how to count, apparently having difficult time counting over 10

Bagel and cream cheese isn't comparable to popular spots in New York. Also, it's not toasty enough even after asking them to toast them twice (crunch inside wasn't even formed). Instead of selling frozen bagels at supermarkets, please just focus on making your bagel better.

Jewish themed bagel store, mostly lox or garlic or Nutella and peanut butter. You will not find the type of people here who don't demonstrate compassion. It's also very affordable. Most of them are in SF county and they strive for a clean interior with a type of off-white coloration.

I recently visited Boichik Bagels with high hopes, but unfortunately, the overall experience left me underwhelmed. While the customer service was a highlight—Jonathan in particular was incredibly kind and helpful—the food itself didn’t quite meet expectations.
The everything bagel I ordered was fairly standard and lacked the distinct flavor or texture I was hoping for. Additionally, it wasn’t as toasty as I prefer, which impacted the overall bite. I paired it with chive cream cheese, which ended up being overly salty, overpowering the bagel rather than complementing it.
Despite the lackluster food experience, the friendly and attentive service helped balance things out. Because of that, I’m bumping my 2-star food experience to 3 stars overall, thanks to the excellent customer interaction.
I’m hoping for a better impression next time.

I love that they have so many vegan options. We have vegan family members, so I know I can get their favorite bagel toppings without worry
Love the today bagel 🥯
Wow, picked up 4 bagels today and they’re much smaller than they used to be! Like, in between a standard bagel size and a mini bagel. Total BS!
Really disappointing experience. Came in an hour before closing for a bagel with cream cheese which they couldn’t accommodate because the “kitchen was already closed .” On top of that the poppyseed bagel I got for $3.25 was stale 😡
Friendly and helpful person took our order but food was underwhelming especially given the price and there wasn’t a good place to sit and enjoy our food given the rain.

Food is good. I mean it’s like a 20 dollar lox bagel affair. I still like the laudromat bagels more texturally but if I’m in this part of town and want a boba as well; it’s a one stop shop. I spent about 45 dollars on two cookies, one lox bagel sandwich, and a coffee. So def a little pricey.
I am very disappointed about my experience with costumer service at this shop. I went there today for the first time and everything was new to me. I asked the dark hair lady at the front if they had a sandwich menu. With attitude, she pointed at the menu I had already checked out. I did not understand anything about what was in the sandwiches and she did not bother explaining anything to me. She did not even say a word. She just pointed at the menu and stared at me like I had brain damage. Needless to say, I walked out disappointed and super confused. Why the attitude? Why wouldn’t you try to help a costumer understand your menu and what to order? Sad 😞
A bit over-flavored. Lox too salty. Too much sour cream

Good option for bagels in the South Bay Area! Got the classic (a lox bagel with some toppings) for a Sunday morning breakfast. Perfect ratio of bagel and toppings. Ordering online can save some time but the line also goes pretty quick too!
