Service was great, but the food was so expensive and not good. The rice was super dry and so were the beans. Nachos were not good. We definitely would not come here again.
Excellent service all around😁
Their tacos al pastor, prepared the traditional way, are really good!!
Margarita was good but the food was just OK
We ordered many different plates but none of them were really delicious nor very good something very casual
The portions are very big nothing very
Unfortunately Celia's Mexican restaurant doesn't have a Senior Citizen menu or discount. Just the other day I took my wife for lunch, We both ordered one Chicken enchilada with beans and rice for $25.00 each. The enchiladas were very small and they could have added a bit more " Chicken " We won't be going to " Celia's Mexican restaurant anytime soon.

A good Mexican restaurant which has a large portions. They also have chips & salsa with unlimited refills. The food is kind of hit and miss. I tried fajitas, molcajete, shrimp cocktail, enchiladas & Celia's sampler. The shrimp cocktail was delicious and enchiladas & fajitas seemed decent. I did not like the appetizers.

If you're really hungry this isn't the place you want to be. They make you wait ✋️ ⏳️⌛️ 15-20 min. Food prices are really really 🚀🚀✈️🚀✈️ . Service isn't that great 🥸🥸🥸.

Celia’s consistently delivers an unforgettable dining experience, and I have visited multiple times with family and friends. This unassuming spot offers mouthwatering Mexican cuisine that always hits the mark. While I have tried nearly everything on the menu, it is impossible to choose a favorite—every dish is a standout. The staff is both efficient and friendly, ensuring a great experience. Be sure to indulge in their refreshing drinks, and do not leave without trying their amazing flan—it is the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal!!

Affordable good solid Mexican food right in palo alto. Great nachos and realistic enchiladas. They even have an old school credit card swipe if the power goes out.
Good margaritas also and a very chill bar (not too many tvs, but there is one to watch a game... not overwhelming at all, it's got a nostalgic mexican bar feel to it).
