Start with the Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings). The skin is impressively thin yet durable, holding a spoonful of rich, savory broth that bursts with flavor. Even better were the Sheng Jian Bao (pan-fried buns)—they had that perfect golden crunch on the bottom while remaining fluffy and juicy on top.

Chef Zhao is our family's go-to spot for group dinners. We've been almost every year and reserve their group dining room. It's hard to hear in the separate dining room; we can usually only hear the people next to us, not across the table.
