Me and my friends are loving Chef Zhao a lot. We been there so many times cuz we live close by. Chef Zhao has traditional Shanghai style food and some other American Chinese food. Our favorite item are water eel, fish gluten, special tofu and the must order Pan Fried Bun!! They also offer hand made noodles which are so delicious too.

Business was good and there were many people eating lunch. We asked for a private room with a minimum purchase of 400$. The food quality is okay, but a bit expensive. The female waitress has a good attitude, but the male waiter is worse.
