Placed mobile order. One ordered item was missed in the pack. Plus very little portion, which is much less than the other location.

I have been here a couple times and most times have been mid or bad. It’s usually not very clean or takes long time. But my latest order was the absolute worst. My takeaway at this location: expect a subpar experience always.
Ordered for pickup through Chipotle app for a 7:40 pickup. My order wasn’t ready until 8:30!! And the store was NOT busy, maybe 7 people max in line.
When I got my order, 10 to 15 other orders all came out at once. So meaning the orders were just sitting in the back area just getting cold. Why not just bring them out faster? There were a ton of people just waiting to pickup.
While waiting, I just went and waited in line, thinking I can just get my order fulfilled that way considering a couple of people were in line. But I. was refused, told not allowed, and kicked out of line.
The staff wasn’t that helpful but I’m not sure if they were frustrated themselves or something. Near the end, while helping people in line, the front cashier ignored me and told me my order wasn’t ready. But when the large batch of orders all came out, it turns out my order was already just sitting there behind him. So it’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored but later turning out my order was just there.
Tiny portions as if they cut protein from their own flesh.
Manager Jose Lopez and staff go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great dining experience. The new carne asada and red chimichurri sauce are also a must try.

While I want to stress that the few staff members present were visibly trying their absolute best, the restaurant is clearly struggling with understaffing and execution.
I chose to dine in, but the experience was unpleasant due to the lack of cleanliness. Every single table was dirty, and the trash bins were completely overflowing. I had to eat at a dirty table, wiping it down myself with a napkin, which is unacceptable for a dining area.
On top of the dining-in issues, my fiancé had a mobile pickup order for just chips and queso, and it took 40 minutes past the scheduled time to be prepared. This kind of delay for a simple side item is a huge inconvenience.
While I don't blame the employees who were working diligently, the management needs to staff this location appropriately and implement a better system for dining room maintenance and timely mobile order fulfillment. I truly hope this location improves because the quality of the ingredients is generally good, but the overall experience was severely lacking.

Their automated call system is ridiculous and it needs to be changed. I should not have to talk to a robot for half an hour to ask for an extra side of sour cream. Not workers’s fault owners fault, and is ridiculous

Best chipotle in the area. Every time I’ve been here they have the freshest ingredients. Friendly staff and quick

Absolutely horrible service. Took 20 min in line as one employee with tattoos on his face was walking around without his chipotle shirt on in the back of house, walking back and fourth just yelling at the cashier across the room having a conversation (was just wearing a small black sleeveless shirt) as the 2 female employee working the line were yelling at each other back and fourth having conversation. The bowl wasn’t even worth the wait and the portions were horrible, this place needed better management and line workers. It seemed to forget they were at work and not at home.

This is a Chipotle in a shopping center in Stanford and there's a girl working at the counter in the evenings and I placed my online order and went to pick it up but she wouldn't help me and I left without my food.

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to it many times because unfortunately it’s the closest one to my house. The staff are curt, rude and, candidly, lazy. They’re typically 20 minutes late to make your take away order and instead of making out order they sit around and chat with each other.
As a follow up, when I got home I learned that they forgot to put cheese in my daughter’s cheese quesadilla so she had empty tortillas for her dinner. Unbelievable.

Doors locked during open hours, window boarded up but no sugn. Lame.
The line took so long, and I was the only one in it, and it was still slow. I asked for half chicken half beef barbacoa and I got less than a scoop in total, and the employee kept taking the meat out and then putting it back into the bowl for some reason. I asked for lettuce as well, and got a pinch. :( not the best chipotle I’ve been to
