Doors locked during open hours, window boarded up but no sugn. Lame.

The line took so long, and I was the only one in it, and it was still slow. I asked for half chicken half beef barbacoa and I got less than a scoop in total, and the employee kept taking the meat out and then putting it back into the bowl for some reason. I asked for lettuce as well, and got a pinch. :( not the best chipotle I’ve been to

Barbacoa hard shell tacos were delicious. However, the customer service... not great. Most seemed to be there to help, but the young lady putting the food together not so much. Also, the one bathroom that was working needed cleaning.

EXTREMELY GREEDY with the portions. Will NOT be coming back EVER

Came here for a quick workday dinner and had a terrible experience. I ordered half chicken half steak. Two separate servers loaded my bowl with extremely small portions of both protein, making the bowl look like a kid’s meal. When I asked whether they have always given such little protein, the staff member did not even look at me. The staff at the check-out is also rude and impatient. Will not come to this place again.

Whoever’s assigned to online order. Pls pay attention on the instructions/order. Ordered a bowl online today and got my order all wrong. First, I didnt get my guac so i had to go back to the store to get the guac. Then i didn’t get beans &lettuce. They put fajitas and corn which i didnt like on my bowl.

I got food poisoning May 22, 2025 after eating here. Steak bowl, brown rice, lettuce, cheese, black beans, guacamole, salsa.

May 2025 US based Mex fastfood chain with a loyal following.

The brand main purports a freshness philosophy with the quick service in counter service model. Food is an updated version of mex food.

This particular branch is standard as most go. Tight and limited seating and clean as you go.

Ideal for takeaways and quick bites.

Ordered two chicken bowls for pickup and paid extra for Guacamole on both. Bowls missed almost all ingredients… they literally ran out of rice half way through filling the second bowl. And Chipotle app’s automated support agent comped me on guac for the next order.

This location is a joke. At least communicate the situation during pickup.

Rude staff, packed order incorrectly, mixed meat in the veg order. Didn’t even bother to apologize.
Save your money for some better place.
