While I want to stress that the few staff members present were visibly trying their absolute best, the restaurant is clearly struggling with understaffing and execution.

I chose to dine in, but the experience was unpleasant due to the lack of cleanliness. Every single table was dirty, and the trash bins were completely overflowing. I had to eat at a dirty table, wiping it down myself with a napkin, which is unacceptable for a dining area.

Barbacoa hard shell tacos were delicious. However, the customer service... not great. Most seemed to be there to help, but the young lady putting the food together not so much. Also, the one bathroom that was working needed cleaning.

The brand main purports a freshness philosophy with the quick service in counter service model. Food is an updated version of mex food.

This particular branch is standard as most go. Tight and limited seating and clean as you go.
