Barbacoa hard shell tacos were delicious. However, the customer service... not great. Most seemed to be there to help, but the young lady putting the food together not so much. Also, the one bathroom that was working needed cleaning.

The brand main purports a freshness philosophy with the quick service in counter service model. Food is an updated version of mex food.

This particular branch is standard as most go. Tight and limited seating and clean as you go.

See the food is great, as it’s just genuinely a normal Chipotle, and that’s where everything else falls off. The place is so incredibly small and cramped, you’re surrounded by a mass of people when you’re just trying to eat. While the tables weren’t all that particularly dirty, I did not see staff ever clean or even pretend to look. Furthermore, staff was trying to charge more for extra rice???? They tried to charge extra for triple rice to which my friend argued and...
