I ordered a Avocado & Spinach Wrap using Foodja app on 9/18. I wrote “No MEAT/EGGS” in bold and caps. These blind careless people didn’t bother to read the comments and just straight gave me the wrap with eggs. Careless + Blind + Illiterate people!!

I normally love this place. But the prices have gone up to ridiculous amounts. From 3.49 a muffin to 5.99 a muffin? The muffins doubled in worth? I don't think so... it's extremely obnoxious and unreasonable to increase the price that much.

Nice place, but I thought there would be more of a variety of baked goods. There wasn't much to choose from. Also they seemed to be short staffed on the day we went and I felt bad for the two ladies that were there working. I bussed our table to help them out ?

We arrived at 8 am but doors didn't open on time. Bakery items were very limited for being a bakery. The one staff member was not welcoming and was the type of cashier to just say "next". No hello or anything. The dining area was dirty with crumbs on most of the tables and benches. The benches had crumbs and debris that were obviously from long term lack of cleaning. It wasn't dirty from the day before. The floor had food debris as well. We did buy a blueberry muffin and cinnamon muffin which were moist and tasty.

There is no breakfast in the Bay Area as good as this! The pancakes exceed the south bay's two hotspots hands down, and the scrambled eggs along with their homemade Harvest Bread should win Blue Ribbons! Love the staff because they so graciously accommodate my weird steamed milk and tea combo.

The staff was wonderful- especially Elvira! Food was great. Highly recommend the cinnamon cream latte (they have oat, almond, soy, or whole milk). Potatoes were so good too! Very clean interior. Great breakfast spot, very quick to get food.

Food and service was excellent, however we found the prices high for a sandwich and drink.
Arrived at 7 only to find a hand-written sign that they open at 8:30. Wish online had reflected that.
Horrible service, even worse food. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant, but received a raw (not toasted or even warmed) croissant with cold previously-microwaved eggs, unmelted processed "orange" cheese and wafer-thin microwaved bacon. Completely inedible. Manager laughed when I brought it to their attention.

Cosy bakery with both indoor and outdoor seating in Palo Alto. Free wifi available. The menu includes the typical bakery / cafe items: bagels, sandwiches, pastries, omelets and the like, hot and cold beverages.

Pretty decent place for lunch, prices are a little high for what you get but the quality is good. I mostly go here for convenience and a quick lunch.

We were walking in the area and wanted to grab a coffee in a new place. This cafe was on the way. We came in the middle of the day on Monday. The place has a convenient location and is easily seen: a large sign with its name is next to the building and the name is written on the building itself. There is a parking right outside the building. The cafe is very spacious - a lot of tables inside and a cozy terrace outside. The place offers free WiFi.The cafe was open, but looked empty: only few customers. The cafe offers a large choice of pastries, but also some warm meals like pasta, salads, egg sandwiches, wraps, etc.We were only looking for coffee, and they had a sufficient choice of that. We chose a medium latte and decaf americano. We paid around 11 usd. I personally find the price for coffee a bit too much, the coffee was fine but really nothing special. We sat inside by the window. The tables and sofas were cozy, and clean enough. The order came shortly. Coffees were fine. They were served in paper cups, I wonder if it was possible to get them in real cups to not produce waste; we were not offered that :/Overall, it is a nice place, cozy atmosphere, can be absolutely recommended.
Not much to say. Expensive as the others I’ve been to. Same price 4.50 for coffee as blue bottle (which is the best coffee in town). Croissants are also 4.50. Ended up paying $10 for a snack. Dark interior. Customer service was ok.
I enjoyed my lunch here very much. My favorite one is is Shrimp Scampi, if anyone doesn’t know what to order, try it ~~
