Darbar has the tastiest vegetarian Indian dishes I’ve ever had.
Vegetarian Navrattan Khorma and Beingan Bartha are the best. Delicious! The Khorma is nutty and rich. The Beigan Bartha is smokey and complex.
Also the mixed Bhaji appetizer is very yummy. And Masala Dosa.
I happily drive 25 minutes to get dinner here periodically.

Great food and awesome service. Came for dinner with my family…tried their thali and bunch of appetisers, everything was tasty and the service is great. Surprisingly the food was inexpensive… I live in Dallas and the the bill seemed lower than what I would have paid there.

This place is consistent and delicious. I always go with someone and order the Thali dinner, which is the perfect amount of food for two people but allows you to still eat a variety of curries. It always seems empty somehow, but I can’t see any reason why it should be.

I’d like to preface this by saying this is not a troll review. This is the genuine opinion of a customer left broken by the cruelty of this world.
The food was so tasteless I didn’t even feel like I ate anything. It looked and tasted exactly like eating a photo of butter chicken would. The food was so bland I WISH it tasted bad so I could…feel something.
Uninstalling DoorDash after this.
Best 40 bucks I’ve ever spent because this convinced me the world is an illusion and I want no more part of it.
I tried allo paratha here which was very good. The staff here is also very nice, he even asked me for tea. ❤️🔥

My daughter said she lived off the food from Darbar during her 4 years at Stanford. Her choice was Thali which is two person meal. So we wanted to try out, went there for Dinner food was excellent portions good and my son liked the vegetable Subji in the thali very much we will go back one time before leaving the town. Thank you
