Dinah's Poolside Restaurant

Excellent food, service, and poolside ambience. We always get their fried calamari and truffle fries. Their beet salad is excellent and comes with grilled prawns. We loved everything we tried.

Met a friend for breakfast. Hugo was our server and he is terrific! Had the yogurt, fruit and muffin which was also perfect!

The food was delicious and that staff attentive. It was a wonderful evening to catch up with an old friend in a lovely environment.

It is so pleasant to sit by the pool, enjoying a salad in a relaxed, quiet setting. Prices are great and the food is very tasty.

We often have lunch there because it's such a beautiful atmosphere and a great place for us to meet. Hugo was our server and is always very pleasant and goes the extra mile and making sure you have what you need. I give this restaurant two thumbs up.

There were four of us ladies that were celebrating our birthdays. Hugo was wonderful as ever. As was the fish and chips (which we all indulged in)! We were given our time to visit and enjoy the lovely setting. Look forward to returning soon

Lovely setting - felt like being in an oasis. Drinks were pretty good, food was just so-so. The fried calamari appetizer was delicious, but fried chicken and salmon main dishes were very under-seasoned. Service was friendly, but a bit inattentive (e.g., no water refills, had to get up to request check after waiting some time). I would go back for the atmosphere and would try different items on the menu.

This place is a favorite of ours. Its tropical atmosphere is so welcoming. The food is always great and presentation appetizing. The host is very welcoming and Enrique is a great server who is attentive to allergy restrictions. Their specialty drinks are 'very special.' Sipping a margarita with a touch of Grand Marnier by the pool was delightful!

I have been consistently impressed with Dinah's in recent times. It has been here forever for those of us who live in the area, but it has little by little become a better menu, execution and spot to use. The service WAS a bit slow yesterday but a pleasant staff person and a straight forward presentation and good fare were appreciated. Thank you!

Dinah's doesn't disappoint!!! I have been here about 8 times over the years when traveling to Palo Alto and have had great meals every time! From service yo flavor, it's always great. Thx!

The food was really good, and the service was great. The price matched the quality and portion of what we ordered — definitely worth it!

Food was reasonable. The only problem was my friend's birthday. They had no candles to put in her dessert. I was really disappointed about that.

I have always wanted to try this place. I loved it. The food was great and nothing beats sitting by the pool!!
