Put in an order at 6:16pm, and the app said it would arrive between 42 and 56 minutes. When we called well after an hour to find out where the pizza was, we were told "it will be another 10 minutes". Another half hour+ passed. We called again, and it finally arrived after a total of over 2 hours. We would have cancelled if we knew they were having problems. 3 hours to get an incorrect and cold order. The driver said we were told it would take this long. I mean, just apologize. Don’t lie. I don’t get huffy about it taking a little long for someone else to make and bring food, but hunger has reduced me to take to social media to complain about dominos pizza. Now I’m embarrassed AND have cold food.
