It took over an hour to get the pizza. It was warm but certainly not hot. The tracker didn't work. I tried calling the store to see where it was and listened to a recording for way too long. It showed up at about 1hr 15mins

Ordered a pizza and paid the $2.25 extra to have extra cheese, only for the pizza to arrive with less cheese than the standard amount. They could not refund the excess charge, and insisted all they could do was send another pizza. Took over 2 1/2 hours on a Tuesday afternoon

If I could rate 0 I would, they are rude and if you call they hangup on you constantly, my order never showed and they claimed a lady picked it up, they refuse to give me a refund after waiting almost 2 hrs don't order from here they waste your time.
Just tried placing an order through the app , error message , called number to place an order and was rerouted to someone telling me they just closed at 10:55.

If you want to save nerves and energy don’t order from this store in Palo Alto, I place the order at 8:51, the app showed me it’s completed at 9:10, I arrived and the employee told me to wait five more minutes, I had to wait extra 15 minutes until the employee gave me the order, and look at the picture to see one of the product, pizza also looked bad.

I go to this place all the time. The pizza is great and the staff are friendly. They stay open till late which makes them the best option around here.
A few tips about this location specifically. Because it’s so close to Stanford, at any given time their delivery people are making 8 million deliveries across Stanford campus, which is very difficult to navigate, especially if you’re unfamiliar. Additionally, Stanford students are often late to things, so deliveries probably take a while to complete. This means delivery may not be the best option if you’re on a tight schedule. I’ve never had issues with carry out, however. The food is always ready super fast (in the ten minutes it takes me to drive to the location, everything is ready to go), and always correct. You need to be using coupons online or in the app if you’re ordering Domino’s, however. I haven’t been disappointed by anything I’ve had here; I’d recommend the pan pizza. Cheers.

Our family enjoy dominos pizza. It’s loaded tots and hot lava cakes. But unfortunately the branch in Palo Alto has always disappointed us. Poor customer service. Late delivery although this branch is not busy. Always either the ingredient is missing or it’s burned. This is my 5th time when the pizza was burned. All the mushrooms were burnt black and crunchy. When I tell them it’s burned they are always show non welcoming response. I have to grab the same one. Never remake.I am here at dominos. I told them it’s really burned and I guess he is making another one just today. Looks like some exception. I never leave reviews if bad, we just ignore but this time since many occurrence with the same store, I wanted to highlight.
