Amazing sandwiches! Fast service! Manager chatted us up on the cute outside patio. Full service coffee bar and huge selection of beers, teas,juices and sodas. My Italian on Rye heated was so delicious I ate whole thing! My Brother's Pastrami was so good, he got another to take home. We're from Fresno and going up to Stanford next week so we will definitely be back! Maybe a coffee stop in the morning and and late sandwich stop for lunch! Thank you 😊

I love this place. I also love how the guy warns you that the gluten free bread is gonna be small- as if to say “this ain’t my best, but if you got Celic you gotta do it “ And you know, gluten free bread is what it is, but driftwood sandwiches are so good - it all works -gluten free and all. There’s something New York about this place and I like it .

We were recommended this place by my boyfriend’s boss, we live in San Jose so we don’t typically go down around Mountain View or Palo Alto area. This deli was absolutely worth the drive! Very busy place, which I understand why. The workers were so kind and friendly, the nice gentleman taking my order recommended the customers favorite to me and it was the most delicious sandwich I’ve ever had.
