It's pricey, but it's a steakhouse so you should expect it.

An update from a critical review I posted two weeks ago. I was very impressed that the owner operator personally reached out to address my issue. Nice guy and completely sincere about continuous improvement. I got another takeout order to tonight and it’s was handled perfectly. Tasty steak, friendly staff and a committed owner. Looking forward to my next visit! 9/29/24

There is a Fleming’s near Stanford Hospital. I go there when my wife is on protein diet...

Our waitress was not very friendly, he even took the menu for the 3 course menu out of my hands, saying this is the 3 course menu. Yes, I can read and I still ordered that menu. I was there for dinner with my friends. We got set in a corner away from all the other guests. And we felt not treated with the respect as other guests, nor was the waitress attentive. My friend spilled her drink by mistake, no one came to help us. The food and wine were delicious. But the very poor service...
