Very small portions for what you pay for and the taste doesn't constitute the price. Very busy during holidays. Good with substitutions but there's a up charged. Any holiday it will be loud and busy. If you order a large soft serve cone the amount differs allot depending on the person giving your order. Do not come here if you don't intend on drinking alcohol because at the bar area they don't let you sit there unless you buy alcohol. Total waste of a renovation. The new seating is trash and forces more people packed together. If you want to be packed like a sardine then be my guest or get to know someone really well. I was a weekly eater there but that's not going to happen anymore.
There are so many other places that are better in town and country that you can eat at and get 100x better service than this place. They are more focused on your wallet than giving you a good meal that it is sickening.
Parking: Lot is shared with the whole place so it's difficult to park for dinner. If you are willing to walk a little save the headache and don't bother trying to look close to your destination at dinner.
Wheelchair accessibility: Still is somewhat acceptable but got worse after renovations. There is a ramp where the pickup area is.

Called ahead to ask if they had the mini corn dogs that my kids love. Person on the phone said yes. Drove there. Waited in the long long line. At register, of course, they tell me no, they haven’t had them for days. Hangry kids. Just check when someone makes the effort to call, please, ffs.
