I went there today, and this man was the most cheerful, sweet, and funny person working at this mall. The foods great but I'd come back just to check in on that man running the store. I'm begging everyone to give this place a try at least once.

The man who was ringing up customers is beyond rude. Someone needs to check his attitude. I patiently waited in line to get helped and instead decides to respond rudely in Spanish thinking I wouldn’t understand him. Beyond crazy. No need to mug your customers if you are having a bad day. I will never again come back. Period.

*PARKING: This is located inside the Stanford Mall, so there's plenty of parking outdoors or in the parking structure. *EXPERIENCE: We came on a Tuesday evening after our SoulCycle session and wanted to grab a snack. We actually got to meet the owner who told us he's been running this business for 43 years! His goal is to run it for a total of 45 years before closing it down. So there's only 2 more years if you want to check this place out or be a local! Definitely support local business, he was so kind!*FOOD: Since it was our first time here, we asked for a recommendation on what's good and he recommended the Chicago Vienne and even gave us a rundown on what toppings we should put on it. We were given a special relish, some sort of salt mix, and was advised to put a minimum of 4 peppers and no ketchup. We loaded up our hotdog as instructed and it was delicious! Definitely very gourmet. For $10 a hotdog and $3 for Mexican coke, this snack costed us $15. So the price is a little steep for a hot dog, but we ARE in Palo Alto, so you can't expect anything less. Overall, I really enjoyed the hotdog and was glad I was able to try this staple joint.
