Skip the food. Worst croissant I’ve had. Coffee might be bearable

I asked something simple: coffee with a little milk. Coffee was cold, because they dropped milk from the refrigerator. Coffee taste was just fine, at least better than Starbucks

This is the third time we did a group order and not only it’s always late, missing a drink but they don’t even bother toasting their Tuna Melt. By the way, the Matcha tastes likes grass. The manager named Honey never takes responsibility and has an attitude when you bring this up. I do not recommend, please do better. You are located at the Stanford Shopping mall where customers expect a certain level of service. Each ordered it’s over $120-150 and this is the service we get !

The menu is very limited, but they are so pleasant — the young man behind the counter is unfailingly kind, and his choice in music is always excellent. They have far fewer warm options (basically warm pastries and a couple of brekkie sandwiches) than Mc Donald ‘s and La Baguette, but to not deal with the crummy, antagonistic service the staff of both those places provide, and to not have to sit outside in the cold or the damp (like at la baguette) or be made to stand around until well after the opening time while the employees giggle, gossip and ignore the customers (mcdonald’s), I am fine skipping breakfast and having an extra cuppa for 15 minutes before work in the morning. Plus, sometimes you just REALLY need a quiet corner where Green Day, the Clash and the Cure are playing at top volume at 7:30 am, to remind you that it is, in fact, Monday— and you are NOT on holiday.

Gregory's has very well-crafted drinks. Also their espresso shots are tasty over ice and not bitter.

Overpriced, and generic Bay Area coffee. Even the cold brew is terrible…

I don't know what people rate on what they ordered. I ordered the Biscotti Testarossa with oat milk and it was delish!

Can't wait to try the Full moon matcha latte with salty egg yolk!!! Talk about adventure in the coffee world.

Gregory’s Cafe is a hidden gem with a calm, welcoming atmosphere and top-notch matcha. Their matcha is imported from Japan, and you can really taste the quality—smooth, earthy, and perfectly balanced. The environment is cozy and thoughtfully designed, making it a great spot to relax, read, or catch up with friends. Definitely worth a visit if you’re a matcha lover or just looking for a peaceful cafe experience.
