Delicious hot pot! The meat portions were substantial and fresh, and the soup flavorful. I would come back again.

came here for the first time. stood there and saw two staffs. one staff not sure busy with what kind of thing??? she saw us but not even say hi and pretended??? not seeing us. the other staff just served two cups of water to a table and for sure, she saw us but then back to behind table and arranged empty cups on the shelf. two or three minutes standing there without being served and we just left. thank you for the great service and happy new year…

Confusing order process for folks not familiar with hot-pot, but the food came quickly and was super tasty. If you’re not familiar, get a “combo”, so you don’t have to choose all the ingredients separately.

i hate ordering off my phone. none of the servers spoke english (which is fine! we love immigrants) enough to explain how it works to us. soup was good but we left hungry. if you want hot pot, it has to be buffet style where you can just grab what you want instead of tapping away at your phone for vague combos with no pictures to tell you what raw ingredients you’re bringing to your table and how many people it feeds.

Food: Fresh ingredients with flavorful broth as expected!
Value: Standard, with pricing on the higher end compared to similar restaurants; can find better imo
Interior: Quite lively during peak hours. Our table area unfortunately could've used some cleaning before we were seated
Service: Extremely slow but the available staff were trying their best 😮‍💨
Logistics: Parking can be busy during peak hours, and our party had no wait for a Sunday dinner.

I usually don’t leave reviews unless an experience is either very good or very bad.

I was initially attracted by the restaurant’s unique pot and its high rating, but the actual experience was quite disappointing.

The dining environment was bad. The indoor space was very cold. So cold that I had to keep my coat on throughout the meal, which is quite unusual for a hot pot restaurant.

Service was bad. The restaurant was understaffed. Long waiting times for food.

As for the food itself, the meat portions were surprisingly small for the price. The quality is ok but clearly overpriced.

I will never go back again.

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience overall.

First, the restaurant was clearly understaffed. Service was extremely slow, and the staff seemed confused about what we had ordered, which led to multiple mistakes and long waiting times.

Second, the food is overpriced for what you get. Portion sizes are very small, and although the menu advertises Wagyu beef, the quality of the meat did not live up to that claim at all. It was far from what one would expect when paying a premium price.

Third, the dining environment was uncomfortable. The restaurant was very cold, and there did not seem to be proper heating or air conditioning, which made it hard to enjoy the meal.

Lastly, based on my observation, many of the positive Google reviews appear to be incentivized (for example, offering free drinks in exchange for reviews), which makes the overall rating feel misleading compared to the actual experience.

I hope the management can address these issues, as the current experience does not justify the price or the high rating.
