Had a flavorful and well-done bialy, but was disappointed with the lox. The salmon wasn't filleted properly, so I had a couple of bites of bones and skin. Ruined an otherwise nice sandwich.

Best bagel shop in the entire Bay Area. I took my girlfriend here and the look of joy on her face when she took the bite of the everything bagel with cream cheese brought even more joy to my face. My own pizza bagel reminded me of my favorite childhood shop in New York.

The bagels, schmears, lox, whitefish, pastries, cookies, and pizza are all delicious. I always enjoy their spread when going to friends’ homes for brunch or entertaining in my home.

Izzy has started charging extra for payment with credit card. They are breaking the California law. California law (SB 478, effective July 1, 2024) bans hidden surcharges and requires businesses to display the total price, including all mandatory fees, upfront, meaning merchants generally can't add surcharges at checkout unless they're part of the advertised price. You can provide discount for cash or debit payments.

If you are looking for a really good bagel shop, like the ones on the East Coast. I would say Izzy’s is that shop, good service with a friendly attitude and excellent Kosher Bagels and other items.

Everytime I come here, the bagels are smaller than before. At some point, there will be nothing remaining to make smaller and will sell just air and a picture of a bagel.

One of the top people Maria, treated us very well! She was so kind and recommended certain bagels to us. She would check in on us, such an amazing experience! We are now coming regularly

Coming from New Jersey: it's a bagel. It's not the best bagel I've ever had, but it's definitely the best bagel in the area. Probably would be like a 2.5 back home, but giving it a higher rating because its still significiantly better than other places in the area.

Got the protein wrap (without the wrap) and twas good but not worth the price in my opinion. Friendly staff though 💝
