Someone brought us bagels at work today from Izzy's, Palo Alto. They were still just as bad as I remember!! Incredibly dense. And within an hour, they were hard and dry... The smears are terrible! We had many unused smears and bagels that we just threw out. Note to Izzy's- The delivery, or pick up, of bagels in brown paper bags is not normal or acceptable!

Got half dozen day old, egg salad container and chive cream cheese to go. The half dozen is a great deal. You don't know what you'll get but beggars can't be choosers. Bagels can and will freeze well. In fact I think it was better after freezing and popped in toaster oven on the bagel setting on medium. And in egg salad or topping of your choice when there's about 45 seconds left on the timer and it'll taste like just from the deli! This time it was 4x rye pumpernickel and 2 sesame. I was okay with all of their flavors and not allergic so took a gamble. I'll do this again and it's def better than your supermarket or Costco bagels!

Fav bagel spot! Was recommended by a friend and I understand why it's also her favorite bagel place. I love stopping here after the PA farmers market. The wait gets pretty long when they're busy, but well worth it!

Decent meal, but also kind of disappointing. Bagel was fairly dense and barely warm. The outside had a bit of a crunch, but I kind of wanted a bit more. The cream cheese was decent and they didn't skimp out on spreading that stuff. For the price, it's an ok way to start the day, but probably a once in month sort of deal.

Their pastries and breads are great and they are very efficient handling pickup orders. Their processing of in-store orders is a little slow.
