I accidentally ordered for the Mountain View which is 20 minutes away. I talked to Cesar twice to help me transfer the order but he won't do anything. He ignored me while I tried to talk to him the 2nd time. I wasn't rude at all.
I always order here & I'm sure the other staff will help me but they weren't here tonight.
Also the restrooms are always smelly & dirty.

It's a jack in the box, they make good food. One time one sandwich was a little dry, and a few reg fries were in my curly fries but I don't mind that.
Oh wonderful clean restaurant outside patio where you can eat lunch and enjoy the ambiance.

find it very interesting of all walks of life go through that place. Seem very good customers and some bad ones lots of cool employees work there I special like the burger specials every month that keeps you coming back each month just for a unique and fun hamburger and I find the people very interesting that patronize the place it's a good place to eat

This location has very pleasant employees. I used to work at this location back in 1974. I have to say these people are nicer than we were.

This restaurant doesn’t provide restrooms to customers. On the door it’s written clearly that the restroom is for customers only however I came and bought few things but the clerk declined to provide restroom and said that the manager doesn’t allow restrooms here As far as I’m concerned as a restaurant they must provide restrooms as well .I hope the city officials must act on this issue Customer service here was very rude I have a video recording to how she said it to me

Jack in the box has always been one of my favorite go to's however within the past four years their prices have doubled. Hard to justify paying 5 or 6 bucks for something that was only about a buck and a half a few years back. However even at the ridiculous prices they're still less expensive than many of their competitors.
Parking: Fair amount of parking to accommodate customers
Kid-friendliness: Some kids specials. Bathrooms also accommodate for changing babies

I've always found the food here to be fresh, hot, and rather better quality than the average fast food. Atmosphere is basically fast food standard, that is, clean, plain, and comfortable but uninteresting. Service is generally cheerful and fast.
Parking: Although this place is generally pretty busy at lunchtime, I have always been able to find a parking place.
