The staff saw I was only ordering a small cheese burger and it was for my dog Oso so they came out as I was leaving after noticing someone stole my bike and gave me a bag with 2 tacos and an egg roll. Wow that was really nice of them. I was genuinely touched. The missing star was the place was super tiny had like 1 small table and white the place wasn't supe dirty or anything it definitely could have

I accidentally ordered for the Mountain View which is 20 minutes away. I talked to Cesar twice to help me transfer the order but he won't do anything. He ignored me while I tried to talk to him the 2nd time. I wasn't rude at all.
I always order here & I'm sure the other staff will help me but they weren't here tonight.
Also the restrooms are always smelly & dirty.

It's a jack in the box, they make good food. One time one sandwich was a little dry, and a few reg fries were in my curly fries but I don't mind that.
This was so nasty and they didn't understand English very well got our order messed up. Plus it was so greasy.
