The cashier at the window was full of herself past me food n drink while turned away like she was showing off her mickey nails, (which I could care less about) n swiped my card n gave it back like she didn't want to associate with me as a customer. I was polite too so not sure what her problem is... if she thinks she's too good to work there n serve people with friendly nature then she should just bounce not take it out on paying customers that you're unhappy with where you at...we all breath the same air n bleed red blood so get off your high horse..She also didn't give me a receipt probably does that so people can't report her unprofessional demeanor.

The worst service was a total failure, more than 15 minutes to be served and the worst thing was I asked for one thing and they gave me another, I paid more and they gave me a combo that cost less, horrible, I don't recommend it at all, the very rude employees ?

We like that they still have a value menu. Most items on this menu are delicious and filling. Their chicken nuggets are always served hot and crispy. Their crispy tacos have been my favorite since my junior high school days.The breakfast Jack's are also very good.

I have gone to this eatery over the years. I am from the Bay Area. I ordered their chicken strip chef salad ?, three egg rolls, and the oreo chocolate chip cookie bar! The egg rolls were okay but OMG the salad was a huge DISSAPOINTMENT??! I have ordered reg chicken strips before at many Jack in the Boxes that were delicious. The chicken was rubbery and cold, and the lettuce was wiltered. Some of the tomatoes were not the best quality. They also didn't have Italian dressing which is a staple. The hispanic woman at the drive-thru window wasn't friendly. The worst salad I could've purchased to have later for lunch for which I needed to coat my stomach to take my medication ? for a huge migraine ?! Never, ever again!!!
It was good, open after hours was a great life saver.Tried some grilled chicken sandwich that was new to me.
