Excellent Service! Location is in the busy area of the strip mall. With just two tables. But again Jumba Juice is a take out place. A tip for parking, go past the shop and make a right in the lot behind.. plenty of spots. Enjoy!

The people working at this location are heroes, and aren’t afraid to go the extra mile. I was there on Mother’s Day, and I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name, but a taller guy with glasses made my day. I am so impressed, and wish I could tell his mom she did a great job. Thank you!

I ordered the sausage and egg wrap. I got a cold tortilla containing some shredded cheese that had obviously just come out of the fridge. The eggs were barely warmed and the sausage was almost impossible to find. The staff shambles around as lively as a couple of Zombies. I don't usually give negative reviews but this was so ridiculous I was starting to look for the hidden cameras. In summary the food was absolute crap and the service even worse.

Quality of bowl, fruits were not fresh and employees not friendly

lol. Servers are rude and short. Not one person smiled the entire time I was there. Place is both slow and dirty. Try sweeping and wiping tables. Atmosphere is dead. There’s literally a code lock on the bathroom. Very welcoming. Forgot to get coffee on the way home and stopped here thinking “it can’t be that bad” hah, I was wrong. Never again. 🥰

I love love love Jamba Juice specially this outlet because it’s in the heart of Palo Alto near Stanford campus and I loved grabbing fresh juice while going to the campus!

Smoothies are ok in taste but small for the prices. Snacks are not great and are over priced as well. During the summer or any warm day there's going to be a very long line and the wait for the smoothies are going to be long especially in the afternoon.

Parking: Shared with all vendors so not easy during lunch and dinner.

Wheelchair accessibility: Cramped location. If there's more than a couple of people it's not convenient.

Just some feedback when I ordered one of the new strawberry & banana granola bowls yesterday. The person who took my order didn’t know what I was ordering when I was directly reading it off the menu. I also wasn’t told until it was finished that there was no banana. No communication was made before it was made in case I wanted to change my order. The store wasn’t busy either, I think it could have been the manager who took the order? Since the young guy who made the bowl was going to ask the cashier if I could get a refund. I just left and took the bowl since I couldn’t wait. He made it well but with only with strawberries, I would have changed order if it was communicated that there was no bananas, when spending ~15$ for the bowl.

Drink ordered 12pm arrived at 12:33 it’s gone! SMH no care to make up for the lost time, should fix your customer service. Offer customers free sandwich or pastry or something worth their while smdh
