?????Angelica Luna AnguianoFirst of all, I had my phone in my hand because I just arrived to work and fyi the customer that I was chatting with was my friend. I wasn’t distracted, I know how to multitask and if I wanted to use my phone I would’ve walked away and never helped you. Second, you raised your voice very loud and rudely at me while I was making your order and it trigger me very bad because I had just got to work and it wasn’t my fault your order wasn’t ready....
Just like every other Jamba spot, the Jamba at Palo Alto's Town & Country can get a lot of people during lunch time and afternoons, especially on hot weekends. But the service and Jamba here is still good.
The Orange Dream Machine is wicked good. I strongly suggest on your next visit you try one. Its orange and creamy and delicious..like an orange dreamsicle..but better. The staff is always friendly and helpful especially when it comes to dealing with their App. It doesn't always record your points and they always fix it for you. They follow the CDC guidelines and the place is really clean!
