Jin Sho offers authentic Japanese cuisine with exceptional service. The Karage Chicken Entree tastes just like in Japan, while the sushi and rolls are fresh and tasty. The miso marinated black cod is delicious, though the portion may be small. The menu is mostly in the 20-30 dollar range. Despite the exceptional food, service can be slow at times, but the overall experience is enjoyable.
