The wagyu and chu toro were both kind of tough. But the salmon toro, o toro, and inari were delish!!! Soooo soft and buttery. I get emotional over any good nigiri and this was one of those times

The sushi was below average and the quality was very poor. The fish didn’t taste fresh and the overall experience was disappointing. Would not recommend

The food was outstanding in quality & taste. We had sushi as well a grilled entree. The service was excellent. There are comfortable tables outdoors with the heaters and also indoors.
Food is ok but the price is way too high
Very poor experience at Jin Sho. First, with a reservation, we were put at a table close to the open door of the restaurant. I had to ask to be moved away from the door, as there was cold wind blowing inside. We were hoping the food would make the night better, but we were disappointed. Regular sushi, rolls and noodles were below average, despite the above average price. Wine selection was terrible, with bottles of wine on the menu retailed at <$15 on bevmo. The only decent dish was the selection of top sushi, which we had to pay quite a bit for. All of this combined with poor service, with the waitress that couldn't access the table after other people sat down at another table, so they had to pass us plates or ask the people in the other table to move. Overall, we don't plan to visit this place anymore.
Wow. Great fish. Not cheap!!!

The portions are crazy small!!!! The food itself is fine but portions are very questionable for the price 😶
Best sushi in town, hands down. Love it so much, we get it for takeout. Sashimi, rolls, and handrolls all great.
Excellent food with perfect portions. Service was excellent and a great spot for an easy date night or with friends/colleagues

Fun valentine's day date night. Service was very slow & the bar code menu didn't work
Every dish tasted incredibly fresh. I also discovered a new favorite alcohol, Kamoizumi “Umeshu,” which added a delightful and unexpected highlight to the evening.
Fresh and Authentic. One of the best in Palo Alto / SF Peninsula!
The food is incredible here! So fresh and great ingredients! The staff are so attentive and welcoming, we ordered way too much food but we enjoyed all of it!
The food and service was excellent. We really enjoyed our evening in this lovely neighbourhood restaurant
