Got the Iron Man juice. Didn't taste very good or fresh. Disappointed by the quality of the ingredients. Service wasn't also very welcoming, not that I care too much. Overall, I wouldn't go there unless I'm thirsty and there's no other option.
p.s. I finished it just bc I was thirsty.

LOL not only is this place a rip off for a mixed juice drinks, the employees seem overly entitled. A guy employee is banging pots as loud as possible right next to the register, having a bad day eh? Well it sure ain't the customers problem. Time to find a new job buddy lol

Very disappointed with Joe & The Juice at Stanford Shopping Center. I ordered an avocado sandwich, but it was made with tuna. My 3-year-oldâwho follows a strict vegetarian dietâate part of it before we noticed.
This kind of mistake is unacceptable and deeply upsetting, especially for a brand weâve trusted for years. Iâve reached out directly and hope steps are taken to prevent this from happening again.
Joes club sandwich is good!

The drinks and food are excellent. But the customer service đ is embarrassing they are rude, never smile it's like they hate working there. When I asked for a recommendation he was so rude and just told me what ever you feel like hot or cold coffee. And super slow and they just talk to eachother and not bother with the customers. I bring my family here just for the coffee. If I was the owner I would have a whole new crew.

I just came from Hawaiʻi and was so excited to experience Joe and The Juice since Iʻll be here for a while. I walk in and begin to study the menu. The two employees never greeted me or ask any questions. They just would glance at me until one of them looked at me then turned away shaking his head. I walked up to the register to order and the employee at register just looks at me and does not say a word. I step to the side and he immediately greets the patrons walking up behind me. I just walked out...I don't know if this was racially motivated or what but basic customer service should be standard. Please do better!

No coustomer service contact number everything is via email and by the time you need some answers too late
Terrible coffee. I can't imagine how someone can make such a shabby latte with industrial grade espresso machines. Either take that off the menu, or hire some real barista!
Overpriced coffee that tastes awful, tiny sandwiches going for $12, and freezer cold interiors

Got laughed at at the register, wasnât very nice.
Came for a tea. The cashier told that my transaction âdidnât go throughâ. Now I see in my credit card statement that I got charged for my tea plus 53.47 usd.
Iâll dispute my charge with my credit card to recover my money, but Iâm not coming back.
Ordered avo-shake. Maybe they ran out of avocado because my shake did not even have a tinge of green and tasted like a banana and vanilla shake. Super sweet and not to my liking.

Cappuccino was great! Itâs close to Stanford doctor offices and in the shopping mall.

Honestly went in to support a local business and then made the decision to not return atmosphere desigm was nice. Service, the staff were busy chatting to each other talking negative about a co-worker not engaged with the customers I ordered a eggcado sandwich I asked if I received the right item because my sandwich looked nothing like the photo that was on display on their menu. I had 3 thin slices of avocado on it and the avocado was brown and bruised. The menu photo displays like 8 or 9 slices of avocado in pin wheel shape. I was served 3 lumped together in center. Way overpriced fot $12.50 for a sandwich and the coffee came to a total $22. I will not return unfortunately. Coffee houses it's important the short brief interaction are met with friendly positive service. Not ones gossiping and speaking poorly about coworkers and not acknowledging their customers.
