I am very, not sure why this place has such a low rating, but I just had a very nice experience with the sandwich (just order avocado sandwich, but with a steak) and I am very happy with my experience! Great taste, smooth sandwich a pleasure to eat!

The store is located in a very nice and not too busy part of Palo Alto right by University Avenue. It has ample parking spaces around and the ambience inside the store is amazing.
The store has a very decent set of breakfast, juice and Java options. The staff are very friendly and service is very quick.
I was there for a couple of meetings and found that the store was never crowded at any point in time and ample seating was available all through.
I would have expected to be provided with the Wi-Fi connection. However, I did not find any details. Perhaps, I should have asked one of the staff.
Highly recommended for meetings.

The staff at this location are always super friendly and upbeat. The location is tucked away from University street and so has plenty of space for studying and working when the other coffee shops are too crowded.

Usually, I love visiting Joe & The Juice, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. The service was poor, the food was served cold, and the sandwiches were burnt. When we asked to have them remade, the staff was resistant, insisting that this was their standard way of preparing sandwiches. As a regular customer, I know how the sandwiches normally taste, and this was far from the usual quality.
Additionally, the staff didn’t ask whether I wanted a large or small coffee and matcha and defaulted to the largest portion without confirming. To make matters worse, the matcha latte tasted awful.
I’m deeply disappointed—Joe & The Juice used to be my favorite spot, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back.
Pathetic, i placed an order three hours prior. These guys didn’t even confirm the order.

Omg!! They ruined our order. We asked for two brownies and the staff who were not even busy gave us two chocolate muffins instead. Everything comes in a closed box which is not transparent so Coustomer really can’t check or open all boxes. You just trust them blindly and believe that they are going to give you what you have ordered. So disappointed. I hope I will get the reimbursement for my brownies. I went to buy brownies all the way from cupertino. When you call them back to let them that they gave you wrong order you can not get hold of any one via phone you have to go their websites coustomer service and place a complaint that is not very helpful at all

Good usually, but when only 1 person is working it takes literally 20 minutes to get one protein shake and then it comes out completely melted. Smh. They need to have 2 people working when it's 90 degrees out. If you come in and they only have the 1 girl working, just turn around and leave. It's not worth it. She'll spend more time fiddling with the music on her phone than making drinks

I also like that they indicate the nutrition fact of each item on the menu. It is a little bit pricy but this is Palo Alto. I guess the price is expected.
