Pathetic, i placed an order three hours prior. These guys didn’t even confirm the order.
Omg!! They ruined our order. We asked for two brownies and the staff who were not even busy gave us two chocolate muffins instead. Everything comes in a closed box which is not transparent so Coustomer really can’t check or open all boxes. You just trust them blindly and believe that they are going to give you what you have ordered. So disappointed. I hope I will get the reimbursement for my brownies. I went to buy brownies all the way from cupertino. When you call them back to let them that they gave you wrong order you can not get hold of any one via phone you have to go their websites coustomer service and place a complaint that is not very helpful at all

Good usually, but when only 1 person is working it takes literally 20 minutes to get one protein shake and then it comes out completely melted. Smh. They need to have 2 people working when it's 90 degrees out. If you come in and they only have the 1 girl working, just turn around and leave. It's not worth it. She'll spend more time fiddling with the music on her phone than making drinks
We came here after rumble boxing. Ordered a protein shake with matcha flavor. I like that their protein shake tastes good. No weird taste at all. I also like that they indicate the nutrition fact of each item on the menu. It is a little bit pricy but this is Palo Alto. I guess the price is expected.
Parking: There is free public parking nearby.

Daniel is the best. I walked in after closing and he still made my day by taking my order. A real class act. Thanks Daniel.

This is always my first stop in Palo Alto if I am working remote. They make a decent cappuccino and I can always get a table. The food isn't bad either. They've got two locations, but this one is my favorite as it is a little more tucked away.

Employee did not change gloves after taking my order. He touched the register, counters and even washed his gloves and the made my sandwich. YUCK. I regret not asking for a refund.

If, for any reason, you can't find a place to work on the Stanford campus grounds, then Joe & The Juice is your next best option to go to to get any work done, hold a group get-together, and/or have a job interview at any time of the day. Joe & The Juice is second to none.

Worst coffee in Palo Alto. Worse than starbucks. I tried the cappuccino. It was just hot milk on tasteless espresso, no froth at all. I asked them to make it again, and next time was even worse. I had to throw it. Waste of $5.5. Don't go here for coffee, ambience is fine, juices might be fine, but coffee! no, never!
Delicious aesthetic bread, WiFi and electricity to code AGI, nice bathrooms and Palo Alto blue couches
