Very bad service!

Taking long phone orders that come well after we have been waiting in the store is not very polite. The normal thing to do is to put them on hold and handle the customers in front of you who drove all the way to the store. It makes no sense to give the last cupcakes to the customer over the phone rather than the person in front of you ...

S’mores cupcake is always our favorite, just tried the new passion fruit, the frosting is light and just perfect. We don’t like foresting that is too thick and sweet. Now I have a new favorite. Staff are always kind, patient and helpful while I pick out the many flavors, never rushes and mentions there are more in the back if the display looks low.

These cupcakes are built like muffins and bear little more than surface level resemblance to cupcakes. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and professional.

TLDR: employee tried to steal money from me.
Instead of passing me the ipad at the end of the transaction, the employee at counter filled it out herself and then I get a notification from my bank and realize the employee surreptitiously added a tip for herself onto my bill. I wonder how many people she’s done that to who don’t have notifications turned on for purchases from their bank. Doesn't get any more sketchy than this place.

Always a wonderful selection of cupcakes! Always GREAT flavors from this bakery and I have been to many of Kara's locations. The frosting tastes of butter and some sugar not overly sweet which I love. You actually taste the fruit, salted caramel or whatever the flavor is. This is truly a quality cupcake. Staff is very helpful and kind always here.

I have tried many bakeries that specialize in cupcakes and nobody has been able to beat Kara's on flavor, quality, and service (not even the famed Sprinkles).

Ordered a cake looking at their cake designs and cupcakes. The cake was damaged and they take a long time to respond back. The cake and the edible disc both were damaged by them but still no refund or help provided for the cake. I was told to come to store and have free cupcakes for my damaged cake which cost me almost $125. Plus no response/help provided in store.
