Tonight we decided while staying in our Hilton hotel, to just keep it easy and eat dinner in the restaurant downstairs. I honestly didn't know what to expect since it was barely filling up at 6pm when we came down. I had already encountered José at the bar earlier and found him extremely attentive. He was overly kind and helpful to my children and us while ordering, serving, and everything else. He introduced us to interesting drinks and recommended amazing dishes. I could not believe we had this amazing server/bartender in a hotel bar/restaurant. I recommend holding onto this wonderful gem. He made an ordinary night extraordinary. I'll be back, for sure for José. I'll also be recommending him on multiple social platforms. We don't have anyone like him in Reno. And that's a fact.Glenna MilliganGlenna MilliganSent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphoneGet Outlook for Android

Must try! Very good dining experience and the happy hour cocktail menu (food and drinks) were spot on. Service is friendly and the ambience was dimly lit for a grown and sexy after work vibe. I would highly recommend.

Had cocktails- truly fresh grapefruit with a dehydrated slice, and an excellent smoked old fashioned with a real demerara syrup and good rye. Legit.

The breakfast buffet is different from other Hilton breakfast buffets so please aware. It is not all you can eat hot foods but just one time entree. The eggs were sad and the sausage typical. I wouldn't recommend it at all and to check out the many other nearby breakfast spots around.

Tried them out tonight. Not bad. Would recommend

This place deserves a 5 stars, though I consider 4 stars only because of the traffic noise from the street, but its not their fault that we are dining outside. The staff here is as good as their food. They are kind and polite and very friendly. First class service. The food tastes fresh and delicious. The prices are reasonable. I loved the overall experience, first time here and I look forward for a 2and visit.

Ridiculous staff.Placed an order on DoorDash. After waiting for 1.5 hours, my dasher called in and told me the food was picked up by someone else.Don’t you verify before allowing people to come in and pick up _paid_ food

The best food! Chef's live demo was great!

Clean place in Hilton Garden Inn. Food is fresh but preparation is of average quality. Lacks seasoning. Service is very inexperienced and does not seem to be mentored and introduced to restaurant business properly. An OK stop for a quick bite.

I thoroughly enjoy dining here at night during my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The drinks are good and staff is nice. I had the j*** chicken sandwich this time and it was oh so good. The frIes came in a little mini basket with a handle, which gave the presentation a nice touch. I'll be back and will dine here again. Why go out when you have a great restaurant at the hotel?

Ribeye steak is good and chicken soup tastes really nice. The flavor is just right, not too much or too weak. The environment is quite thought the service is just average. Waiters keep ignoring u and don't check tables quite often. Also they provide free breakfasts as well.

Having dinner with hubby at Kitchen in Palo Alto and everything was delicious. Hubby ordered the grass-fed ribeye steak and was perfectly grilled. I ordered the fish and chips and they too were delicious with the fries crispy and golden brown. The Brussels sprouts were crispy with a bit of a tang in the balsamic dressing. If you're in the area come on in for a quick bite. Recommend this place to everyone. Oh and I can't forget the great service from Sarahe. I apologize if I butchered your name.

Recently I had the worse customer service from these people. While my car was parked at the hotel garage, a chemical leak from above damaged my car’s paint. The Hotel acknowledges the chemical leak from the building but is refusing to take responsibility and will not pay to repair the damages that cost about $1500. They had posted a sing in the hotel’s garage that “users may assume all risks.” But, who thinks it’s for a leakage from the ceiling and not belongings in the car? And, where would I park if not the hotel’s parking lot? They showed no integrity and customer care.
