Best French cafe ever. The croissants taste like authentic French croissants from villages in the south of France. Croque Madame is phenomenal. Pain au chocolat is great. The Parisian scramble with ham is A1. Unbelievable cafe au lait… I’m French by the way :)
I recently stopped by this charming French patisserie. Their croissants were delightfully airy, reminiscent of those in Paris. The ambiance was cozy, with a clean, light decor and calming French music. However, I found some items to be a bit pricey, which might not suit everyone's budget. What a gem! Went in for a quick coffee, and ended up having one of the best plain croissants and Kouign-amann I've ever had in the SF Bay Area. The mini chocolate entremet was superbly done, with lots of flavor on a surprisingly light, fluffy mousse. Everything was well-made: it is refreshing to eat at a place that really knows its métier, as opposed to the made-for-Instagram crappy colorful sugary food that's so common these days. Bravo!
