I placed the order at 10.30 and had to chase on my order because it's just disappeared on their queue! I finally picked it up 25mins later. Insane! Apparently they don't have filet o fish so they just removed my order?? I was standing there the entire time, wouldn't they think they could ask? They replaced a crispy chicken sandwich for me which was dry and no sauce. Seriously awful.

Clutch location. Sometimes they don't have soda which is odd because this is at Stanford Shopping Center but sometimes it operates like an Eastside San Jose location where they forget to give you sauces or put big Mac sauce on your burger or even run out of soda altogether. Gotta have higher standards than that if you're at Stanford LOL

I havent been here for awhile. I had the iced coffee with 3 pumps of caramel, not too sweet and it was perfect. The location was quite busy. The assistance was prompt and efficient. I got the cashier's name. but can't recall. It was an excellent service. He was quite helpul and not even rushing me even the line at my back was growing. He even stepped out the register and made the drink himself. It was quite memorable and proactive service. Thank you so much for the excellent service and well made drink.

The lady working here is extremely rude. I had a request which turned into complaint. I was asking very gently. One of the staff members was talking to me. The lady then told her colleague **“don’t talk to her. She’s not listening.”**
Because of this bad experience I’ve decided to remove the McDonald’s app from my phone and try my best to avoid it from now on.

Stood at reg for min untill a employee asked if I had ordered. I said no. They said order on the Kiosk we have no one to take your order. This is not how to run a McDonald's. Over all 20 m8n wait for food. Numerous customers walking out and demanding money back for orders they have been waiting a long time for. I can see a total of 6 employee in back, yet not one can use the pos system.
Stand in front of the desk 30 mins and check my order status several times. No one could explain what’s my order status and at the end told me my order was taken by someone and I should listen “very carefully”
