The food got a lot better here! We caught fresh chicken nuggets and fries and it was amazing. The meal we had was on par or even better than the Rengstorff Mcdonald’s.

Stood at reg for min untill a employee asked if I had ordered. I said no. They said order on the Kiosk we have no one to take your order. This is not how to run a McDonald's. Over all 20 m8n wait for food. Numerous customers walking out and demanding money back for orders they have been waiting a long time for. I can see a total of 6 employee in back, yet not one can use the pos system.

Stand in front of the desk 30 mins and check my order status several times. No one could explain what’s my order status and at the end told me my order was taken by someone and I should listen “very carefully”

this is a terrible service. I left my drink at a table once I come back from restroom and then they threw away my drink!
The schedule is not actual. It was closed on Sunday at 6 pm
Clean and quick, better than my expectations

Close hour is 7pm on google map and 8 pm on their app. Been there before 6:30 and they already locked the door. They already cleaned up and stacked chairs on tables. Staffs were eating and chatting inside. They also wiped out their business hours on the door. Very unprofessional.
Closed at 6 pm when it's supposed to be open until 7.
Really bad test

Let me tell you, my recent experience at your establishment has me angrier than a hornet's nest in a hurricane. Buckle up because this will be a storm of feedback you need to hear. First, your website claims that your closing hours are at 7:00 PM. So, you can imagine my sheer frustration when I arrived at 6:35 PM, expecting to have a decent amount of time to make my purchases, only to find the place already shut down tighter than a drum. Are you kidding me? This is a colossal failure in communication and reliability. What kind of establishment advertises one thing and delivers another? It's 2024. People rely on accurate information from businesses to plan their lives! This glaring inconsistency in your opening hours threw my entire schedule into chaos. I was left standing in the parking lot, feeling utterly disrespected and wasting precious time that I couldn't get back. If your stated hours are not accurate, update them. It's that simple. The failure to do so is a slap in the face to every customer who trusts your word. But wait, it gets worse. Not only was your establishment prematurely closed, but when I managed to visit another day during the so-called "correct" hours, I was floored by the prices of your items. They were higher than advertised on your website! Are you running some bait-and-switch operation? This false advertising is beyond disappointing. I had meticulously planned my purchase based on the prices mentioned online, only to discover I would be out more money than anticipated. This discrepancy is unacceptable. I budgeted according to the information you provided, and to have that pulled out from under me is infuriating. This kind of misleading information strains customer budgets, and shatters trust. If I can't believe the prices listed on your website, what else are you misleading your customers about? And let's talk about the self-service kiosk fiasco. Self-service should mean convenience, speed, and ease. Wrong. At your establishment, it means confusion and frustration. When I attempted to order, I was prompted to hold a receipt that had yet to be printed. Are you serious? Then, to top it off, I was instructed to pay at the counter instead. What's the point of having a self-service kiosk if it doesn't serve the customer? This process was about as straightforward as navigating a maze blindfolded. I expect a smooth transaction process, not a convoluted mess that leaves me wondering why I even bothered using the kiosk in the first place. As if these issues weren't enough to ruin my day, my interaction with one of your employees was the final nail in the coffin. This particular employee, a woman wearing glasses, was downright rude and appeared to struggle with English. Effective communication and good manners are not optional; they are essential for delivering a positive customer experience. Her behavior and language barriers detracted significantly from my overall experience. I expect professional, courteous service from any establishment, and this was anything but. Her attitude and the inability to communicate effectively were inconveniences and outright insults to me as a customer. My experience at your establishment was nothing short of a disaster.
Parking: The parking here is alright I guess.
Kid-friendliness: Its not very kid friendly because the employees are very mean and like to close and open their store at random times.

It’d be cool if you were open at your listed hours. It’s 8:30 and according to the web, you open at 8am.
