Come here to pick up two "To Good To Go" orders. 1) we need to wait for 30 minutes before someone come to the counter. 2) the person went to restroom without washing hand to make pizza and prepare food. 3) the portion of each order is so tiny with miniature size of pizza left-over that is smaller than my palm in total. 4) when ask why we receive such a small amount of pizza that we can eat in just one bite, the person said that you only paid $5.99 for "Too Good To Go". Apparently they don't respect anyone who buy from "Too Good To Go". 5) the pizza tasted terrible. Salty and spoiled food with rotten taste on their meat. It has a weird moldy taste to the pizza. I had diarrhea at least 3 times and stomach ache for the whole day. 6) the customer service was just terrible as the food itself. Overall, DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. IT IS WASTE OF MONEY, GAS, AND TIME TO GET ANY FOOD FROM THE PALO ALTO'S MOUNTAIN MIKE PIZZA.Kid-friendliness: NOT KID FRIENDLY

Great pizza!! Ordered delivery from their website directly, got the pizza within 30-40 minutes and it was super hot! I've had doordash delivery too from the same place and we got it cold.We like the thin crust and the veggies and meat on top are very good. We'll be ordering again!

I know I know... it's a chain but I think still locally owned. And I think the ownership changed recently. Came yesterday bc they partnered with an elementary school to do a fundraiser, 30% of the days' sale goes to the school! That's so awesome as not many places does this. And if businesses did, probably not 30%. I called the store to order 3 large pizzas, 3 garlic knots & 1 cheese sticks. It was ready for pick up in 20 mins! The garlic knots were a hit, I think it's new. Loved all the pizzas we got. Everything was yummy!

Delicious pizza. Service a little lame...and when I picked up at this locations seems a little worn down and perhaps dirty? I would never "eat in"...even the windows are dirty. Servers seems unhappy and not interested in being neighborly.
The meatballs are supposed to be the tastiest bits on a pizza, but they were very blunt. Adding much more seasoning would be a super easy way to fix this.

After Round Table shut down in downtown Los Altos which had been the family favorite, my guys started to try this spot. After trying several different local pizza spots, Mt Mike's has risen to the favorite status in our family. Lots of option including Hawaiian and veggie and meat filled pizza. It's great for team meeting/celebrations like little league, soccer or softball with a back room. Service is great and my crew loved the hot pizza Service is great and you can get salad and wings too

We've ordered pizza for our lego robotics team. It's good! Pepperoni is awesome! The app makes it easy and if you order from the app the 1st time you get a discount. The folks who work here are friendly

Went for Weekday Lunch Special Food - 5/5. Salad selection had good variety and the vegetables were fresh. They had potato and pasta salad options as well. The pizza selections were varied with some of their signature items like the pepperoni and the everest. Quality of the pizza was the same as if ordered regularly with crispy pepperoni, soft dough, well-balanced sauce and creamy cheese. Service - 4/5. Staff is mostly busy in the back but that was fine as the buffet experience was self-serve. Pizza is restocked regularly with different toppings and there was little to no down time of pizza availability. Value - 5/5. The buffet includes drink, salad bar and pizza for $16.36. Pizza quality is good and you can eat as much as you want, with salad and soda to help in between. Perfect for when you're hungry! Parking - Mall Lot (Free)

Wanted to check them out, hopped inside gentleman that was helping me seemed great and knowledgeable about any food I was asking about. I ended up getting basic wings and pizza. After 20 min it was ready. Ate it all, wings and Buffalo wings were great match, alongside blue cheese
