Great way to cool down and I'm sure the rest of the drinks are just as great.Seating is good and it can get crowded. There is online ordering and kiosk.Parking: Park a block away at the street lots. No parking on this busy street. Plus side it's very walkable.

Unfortunately they ran out of all their main categories of boba, which would have been fine but when they asked if we still wanted our orders but with different boba and we said no, they literally said they could only offer a partial refund due to us ordering on the machine (afaik the only ways to order). Manager wasn’t around or available to talk to, so effectively we got scammed. Would recommend in terms of the actual taste and quality, but I suppose make sure to ask that they actually have what they advertise in stock.Edit: they called later and offered the refund which will take several days to process apparently, so I still would recommend caution.

Before we ordered, they told us they were out of two types of boba, so we ordered tea with the remaining kind of boba and paid. Afterwards, they told us they no longer had that boba, so we asked to cancel the order. They told us they were unable to give us a full refund because of the kiosk we ordered at. There was no warning/note on that kiosk. So now we don’t have our drinks and we don’t have a refund. Edit: they refunded us.

My go-to boba spot because they hand-make their boba (and you can see it). So I’ve never had a hard/chewy tapioca ball here.The ordering has gotten clunky with two types of self-ordering kiosks that have different interfaces (and operational status). You can still order face-to-face if you like, but sometimes the staff isn’t aware.They did remove the dusty non-alcoholic beer bottles lining the prep area. Inside the seating is a bit sparse, so I always get it to go.

Came here for that homemade boba! Their house made boba flavors changes weekly, this week they had a peach flavor. When ordering on the kiosk make sure you selected weekend flavor for the unique flavor options. Of course brown sugar boba is always on the menu! Since it was raining we decided to get some hot milk teas. We went with the taro milk tea which wasn't overly sweet. The regular milk tea which was pretty sugary even at 75% and the hazelnut milk tea which had a light toasty flavor. All the the drinks seemed pretty sweet besides the taro so maybe account for that in setting your sweetness level. The staff seemed quite busy and couldn't call out our order number when drinks were done so our party waited awkwardly until one of us approached the counter and just grabbed our drinks. In the time we were waiting we even spoke with the staff making the boba, next time we would appreciate it if the staff simply told us to grab our drinks instead of simply waiting there when our drinks had already been made.

Tea selection is so fragrant, boba is perfect texture and amazing variety of tea based or fruity drinks!! My personal favorite is the Mr. Sun Special, a strawberry milk drink (also non-caffeinated). Definitely a five star spot other than the fact that they are almost out of the strawberry boba every time I go. Service is super friendly, always have a great experience every time! You can order from the kiosks at the counter, cute ambiance and spacious seating. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back.
Must-get: the Mr. Sun mango with mango boba!! Their handmade mango boba is so chewy and delicious. Paired with their mango milk, it's the perfect refreshing yet creamy drink! They have a good amount of tables for studying / work as well, and it's also a nice place to just hang out with friends!

Tea is very flavorful and not watered down.Service was great there are 2 kiosks for folks to order plus you can also order with an employee next to the kiosks. So it less waiting to place your order. Ambiance was nice - has quite a few chairs and tables for folks to hang out with friends. Parking can be a bit rough since it's downtown Palo Alto.

At first I wanted some sorta mango boba, but they said they ran out so I had to switch over to strawberry. I've never heard of strawberry boba and this was the first time I had it. It was really good. The drink was good too. Recommend getting 50 percent

Can’t recommend the Mango Boba Tea I had here enough! ? ? I had it with rainbow boba as an add on and this has to be hands down one of my favorite bobas I’ve had. Perfect amount of sweetness too My guy tried their warm hazelnut milk tea and it was a very interesting and tasty because warm boba tea is very uncommon ✨ Bonus points for the No preservatives and large portion of the drink size ? Also, the lady at the counter was super sweet and excited to recommend and provided samples of boba to us to help with ordering ? The place does have some seats and a cute, neat, minimalist aesthetic decor to it too ! ?Excited to come back again someday ❤️
