To ask a simple question of the difference between two types of pod sizes, they sent me to go to the back of the line to get help. Very rude staff and unhelpful. I was ready to jump on this subscription based business, but you have just lost mine. I will be sure to spread the word.

As a first time buyer at this location, I had an extremely pleasant experience (contrary to the 3.4 score at the time of writing this review). Super recommend Ellie! She was attentive to my questions and gave great feedback/recommendations based on my flavor preferences. Note: I came in right when the store opened on a weekday, so the relative absence of people probably greatly contributed to excellent customer service.

This was a horrible experience. I walked in to just buy some capsules and was herded into a line by a host without an explanation of what the line was or really where the start of the line began. It’s nowhere near a register.I was offered a Nespresso by an employee who wasn’t very pleasant and then when I tried to order capsules from her I just got a blank stare as if it was the first time she’s ever heard this question being asked. The “Host” then told me to get back in line and when I told him I just wanted to buy capsules and I was already in that line, he repeated, ‘just get back in line.’When I walked away he blurted out, “I tried,” like it was my fault I didn’t understand his system. I had words with him and left.The store wasn’t busy. Just tell me what’s going on instead of treating me like cattle.I was already was questioning if I wanted to keep using my Nespresso and this experience didn’t help.In their attempt to service customers efficiently, they left the most important part out, the customer.

It's always nice coming here when I have to pick up more coffee pods. I had a bad experience with delivery so now I just come to the store. I wasn't offered a coffee the last time but this time around they did. I initially said no as I already had my coffee for the day but the sweet employee got me to say yes lol. The store is cool but honestly not much to it. The aesthetic is nice but that's just about it.

This has to be the worst system I've ever seen in my life. You have to wait in line for everyone "tasting" just to make a quick purchase. To make it worse, they let tasters cut people who just want to purchase. I wasted 45 minutes for a quick pickup, I ll be throwing my nespresso in the trash when I get hone

Ellie has amazing customer service and is always so helpful. I love coming to this location instead of ordering online specifically because of how she is so sweet to my son & I and because it's close to my husbands job when I take my son to visit him. The store is always clean & are always greeted & everyone is always so helpful and sweet.

I placed a machine order in store to be shipped to Massachusetts and was faced with so many issues!First, while I was in store, their system couldn’t register a zip code starting with 0, which seems like an ancient problem that should’ve been solved.Second, they never sent me a confirmation email. I called back a few days after and they said they were going to send one. Only found out they still never sent me a confirmation, only a shipping email. I tracked the shipping delivery and it was shipped to their Palo Alto store which was wrong.Third, called back and they still don’t have the order right… they now have to cancel the order and place it again. But I can only cancel the order in person.Never using this store ever again

TRIPLE CHECK YOUR ORDER, THERE IS ALWAYS MISSING ITEMS.FALSE ADVERTISING as I ordered $200+ and I haven’t received the free gifts as it promised online.SO DISAPPOINTED at this store customer service and care. The manager is very RUDE and she wasn’t even looking at me when she was “solving”my problem, which it didn’t even solve.For such a huge brand like Nespresso, this store is not acceptable. Not even a one star
