Whenever my daughters our in town they have to go to the Neiman Marcus Cafe and sit with our favorite waiter Sam. The food was very good and the popovers with broth is to die for!
This restaurant is always one of my favorites. The servers are very polite and attentive. The chef did a great job!
The waiter ignored us most of the time. Our drinks (mimosas) took forever. So, meal pacing was poor. We waited 10-15 minutes for our server to get us our bill. We love going for a special lunch but this was not a great experience.
I had the most wonderful service even the back up to my waiter, JOSE, made sure that everything was taken care of for us. We had the most delicious time - keep those popovers coming :)))))
The new menu had removed two of my favorite meals -- California Club and Tuna Melt. I asked if it were possible to have the chef make me a California Club because there were very few choices for a vegan. I was thrilled when the chef did make me the California Club (without the cheese)!
Strongly recommend the NM cafe for nice relaxing brunch . I love the special brioche and consommé starter. Pricing and quality is good . Servers always pleasant .
Sanjeev, our waiter, was so kind and attentive and made our lunch so special! The food was delicious and we loved the popovers and consommé!
Ordered the roasted chicken like I always do, but it was over cooked and dry. Took a long time too!
Overall fairly good but the tortillo soup was very salty. I could tell the falvor was very good otherwise but was too salty to eat much of it. Service was good. Maybe it was just an off day for soup.
Food quality was excellent. One should note this is a café with a menu that isn't huge. That being said, quality of food was lovely, service was excellent, ambience/surroundings were pleasant. Prices aren't cheap, but definitely reasonable, especially considering the quality of what you get and the service.

ATUL was great as usual‼️ Oh Pa-PLEEZE! You actually have a minimum amount of characters for a compliment? That's absurd.
A great lunch! Our food was delicious - tortilla soup, chicken salad, orange mousse, plus the always welcome chicken consomme and popover that starts the meal. Jose was an exceptional server; very attentive, friendly and helpful.
This is a lovely place for a quiet lunch. Service was very good and the food is nice... expensive but this is a special lunch place, in my opinion. Not everyday. The popovers with the strawberry butter are amazing!!!
Wonderful service from start to finish. Food was delicious and atmosphere was elevated luxury. Thank you 🙏🏼
The Warm Grains was my favorite item at NM Cafe. Unfortunately, it disappeared from the menu during my last visit two weeks ago - I almost decided to leave but our sever Sanjeev came to greet us at that very moment, he immediately noticed my disappointment and showed me , in a very pleasant way, what he would suggest as a viable alternative. In addition, Sanjeev successfully managed to accommodate my special request and he paid attention to every details to ensure his customers have a wonderful experience. Thank you, Sanjeev!
