Robert provided excellent service at our table. He even prepared a complimentary sliced birthday cake for my son, which was very thoughtful! However, the waiter who served the bread and soup and helped with cleanup was not very friendly. I don't remember his name, but interacting with him was not a good experience—his manner was careless and rough. Overall, it was still a good late lunch at this restaurant.
It has been hit and miss here for lunch. Last time was not so great, but today everything hit the right notes. We had beet salad and the sampler. Service was a bit slow even though the place emptied out after a while.
My daughter and I had excellent service for lunch. Waiter was excellent, he made sure we were comfortable, he helped with our food choices. Food was delicious! This was my 4th time having lunch at NM Cafe, and would return again and again. Thank you for the positive experience. Heidi
