Our waiter Justin was great, courteous, professional, and kind and blessed. He brought us two birthday tea, cakes, and ice cream to celebrate both of our birthdays.
We had provided clear instructions that we wanted to sit on the front patio of the restaurant, but yet they still set us inside although they did correct the mistake. but with this restaurant, it's always something that is service related which leaves us leaving the restaurant as if we're never going to come back and I think this time it will be the case.
server was so kind & attentive, food was amazing, had a great night celebrating my birthday
The reservation was for a birthday and the staff was informed multiple times about it when we checked in. Yet the waitress/ waiter completely missed it. Also, the service was extremely poor compared to all the previous times. We waited over 15 minutes at the table before the waitress came with the menu. She was then impolite and rushing the order.
Truly a special and memorable experience! Service was outstanding. We had the omakase menu and the server did not disappoint!
Overall experience was poor, we were sat at a table next to the waiter/bus boy stand and employees kept crowding and reaching over my girlfriend to grab things from the stand. We were there for her birthday but the waiter only spoke to me and wished me a happy birthday, not her. He completely ignored my girlfriend the entire time we were there. Food was okay but not at all worth the price. We had the omakase chefs dinner and it was subpar. Starting with a hand roll of just lettuce, carrots and avocado??? And not to mention we received miso soup as our 7th course, NOT AT ALL WORTH THE $200 price tag. Overall will not be going back and will not recommend to others.
Great food, nice decor, but the service lacked Thai tien around. It took over 15 min for my wife to be served after me.
taco tapa is the best one!

I have been to this location twice and each time it has been fantastic. The servers are extremely attentive and the food is delicious. The menu can be a bit overwhelming, so we have left it up to the chef to curate a meal for us and each time it was a hit!

The whole experience feels a little rushed so didn’t feel as comfortable. Food was ok - steak was a little overcooked. Nice garden and drinks though and saw a couple of famous silicon valley CEOs. $270+ for two

I love the mini tacos wagyu and I think crab. Hard to explain the menu but the fire show with the cooked wagyu was my favorite. The I’ve in my drinks were pretty cool too.

Went to Nobu but was quiet disappointed. The restaurant is not Japanese! The staff including the chefs were 98 percent Chinese. The food was nothing fantasy. It was mediocre at best. They charge an arm and a leg for just a normal bite. The quality of the food was not outstanding and therefore the prices were outrages. For someone who has eaten in Japan I was quiet dismayed. The staff are mostly rude. We got a gift card for this restaurant and decided to make a reservation for 3 adults and a kid. The restaurant gave us a 1:45 PM reservation. They also need a credit card and if you don't show they will charge it. They told us that the kitchen would close at 2:30 PM. That would have given us enough time to eat! I called to see if we could go earlier but was rudely told they could not accommodate it. We showed up earlier anyway and they finally agreed to sit us. The waiter was rude and impatient. The ambiance was very average. Nothing extraordinary. It cost us $600 with no alcohol. Would not eat there again. I guess the only reason they charge these exorbitant prices with just average food and a lot of attitude is because they are a lot of newly rich people in the Bay Area. They go there to show off and don't really care about the quality of the food or service.
