Staff at Bazille was absolutely outstanding. My friend had dropped her credit card on the floor and our waiter went below our table with his phone which sent a light to find the card. He found the card.

We were seated at a corner booth as requested. Our server, Ruben, was great! Greeted us and checked back often to make sure we were well taken care of. The menu has plenty of great choices—sandwiches, appetizers, salads, etc.—for lunch. Food was yummy! Great place to meet friends and enjoy a lovely meal.

We wanted a nice quiet place with good food and a quiet atmosphere to discuss working cold fusion experiments and the physics of the great pyramids on Giza plateau. We sure found it here! It was just super! And the food is outstanding! also, parking was very easy...

Good menu selection and tasty food. Place was empty when we arrived and for first 30 minutes. Waiter was unfriendly, abrupt, and rushed everything. Did not greet us when we sat down. I had specified it was a birthday celebration and no mention was made of that. Waiter stood in the corner and did not come over to check on how our meal was going. If I returned, I would request a different waiter.

Service and food were delicious, as always. A new feature was sourdough bread and butter on the table. We ate all of it! The burger was especially good. I liked the crab mango and avocado salad, and one of us had tacos and the chicken noodle soup and found it scrumptious.

Server rarely came to our table. We wanted refills on our drinks and got tired of waiting and asked the hostess. The food quality had been better before but this time, food was mediocre so the value was NOT worth it. Won't dine here again.

I booked a brunch reservation for 11am on Sunday. The Nordstrom website says the brunch menu is served every weekend (starting at 11am), so my group was excited to try it out. When we arrived, we were given regular lunch menus; I asked to see the brunch menu and they informed us they wouldn't be serving it that day because it was going to be "too busy." I told them we specifically came for brunch and that's the reservation we made with them. The server said they could do a handful of brunch items, like monkey bread and eggs/bacon--but no pancakes, because, again, they were "too busy" for the full brunch menu. Well, my group was literally the only party in the restaurant for about a half hour (so much for being "too busy") and still it took 40 minutes for our food to arrive. The monkey bread we ordered came out overbaked. One of my daughters didn't order anything, because she wanted pancakes, which they wouldn't make (because no brunch that day). The food was average. Our server was good. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I likely won't return.

My matcha latte was poorly whisked, and extremely bitter to the point where I needed to dispose. And then this is what I saw in the bottom (picture)I’m a regular customer, their other drinks are good such as chai latte. But this experience really makes me question about whether to invest my money in potential inconsistency.

Server, sorry, don't remember her name, was terrific. Everyone in Bazille was friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. My friend and I both ordered the Crab, Avocado, and Mango Salad. It was generous and very attractive, and delicious! It was served with 3 crisp slices of Baguette. I appreciated the crisp toast. I look forward to returning to Bazille for lunch.

Once seated, the service was inconsistent. The soup took a long time to come and then was served with the rest of the meal. The bread with the crab bisque was served even later. Took a while for us to spot our waitress so we could request our check.

I have eaten at the Palo Alto nordstroms at least 6 times in the last few months. The Asian ginger salad was always delicious. This time it was terrible & I will never order it again. I should have sent it back after the first bite. I asked the waitress if there was a new chef & she said no. The greens were bad, the dressing was not the same & made it soggy & the crispy wontons were not the same. Don't order this salad.

The Nordstrom restaurants in past have always been delicious. Todays experience was not really great . My Turkey avocado club was totally tasteless . The wheat toast tasted stale . The Turkey was processed Turkey . I normally do their salads . The best party of the lunch was the small salad on the plate . Also I got charged on my credit and for someone else's lunch

We came across this restaurant online, it was close to a venue that we were attending that evening. We're out of town, over 60 miles, so we took the chance. The menu looks very interesting. It did not disappoint! Our server, Ruben., was very nice and friendly and anticipated what we might need. The food was excellent! We all had something different and loved what we had. We all shared tastes and were surprised how good they were. I can honestly say the Kung Pao brussels sprouts was excellent. The fish and chips Were incredibly fresh, the mushroom ravioli was superb. It's a shame it's not closer to me, because I certainly would go there again.

A couple of weeks ago I had the French Dip. It was delicious. The meat had been cooked to medium rare, the cheese was melted and the bread was crisp. Yesterday, the dip was not so good. Meat was cooked too much, dry. I hardly could tell there was any cheese. It was boring with no taste. Asked for crispy fries, which they use to be so great, but can't seem to get them crispy anymore. Ice tea was excellent.
