Ate here once or twice a week when we lived in Palo Alto. I still dream about it sometimes.

Huge portions and yummy Taiwanese flavors. We topped off our bentos with drinks and the passion fruit yogurt smoothie under the fresh milk category is DELICIOUS. Like a tart frozen yogurt with a hint of passion fruit. Less sweet was perfect.

Absolutely love this place!😍
O2 Valley serves some of the best Taiwanese lunch boxes around. The food is super tasty, portions are huge, and the prices are very reasonable.
It doesn’t matter who you are — if you love good food, you need to give this place a try. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving something hearty and satisfying!

I have terrible salmonella poisoning from this place. Let’s just say it was a violent 6 hour plane ride and the worst experience of my life. Still recovering as I’m writing this.
This was such a good place! The portions were huge and was easily worth two meals for me. Fairly affordable especially given the amount of food they give you.
Braised pork rice was lacking in flavor and overpoweringly sweet.
Somewhat chaotic service process for dine in.
The door doesn’t close automatically so people often leave it open, letting drafts of cold air come in.
The whole place runs on single use disposable everything…
As a Taiwanese American, I'm always on the lookout for that authentic Taiwanese flavor. The first bite of their braised pork chop instantly brought me back to those sweltering summers of my childhood in Taiwan. This is hands down one of the best bentos I've had in the Bay! In addition to the 4 large pieces of pork chop, there was fluffy rice topped with minced braised pork, a savory braised egg, and 2 vegetable stir fry sides. After speaking with the owner, she told me that their store directly imports a lot of their raw ingredients, including tea, from Taiwan to maintain the authenticity. Thank you, and I'll definitely be back!
Great food with a couple of great vegetarian options. Definitely one of my preferred bento places. I love the three cup tofu bento and particularly the mushrooms on the side! Note that the food at O2 Valley Palo Alto tends to run a little less spicy than Cupertino so plan accordingly when moving between the two. I’ve also tried what tasted like a jasmine tea with salted cheese which was delicious too!
Online orders can take a while at lunch hour so make sure to order ahead and always check in on your order: with the mad rush, orders do sometimes fall off their radar.

Got food poisoning, became very sick a few hours after eating here.
Awesome service and delicious Taiwanese bento! Highly recommend anyone who miss Taiwan’s bubble tea and bento box ❤️❤️❤️
The grilled chicken cutlet bento is sooo good! The portion is very generous as well.
I had an awesome experience at this boba place! The lady working there was super helpful and patient while I was deciding what to order. She recommended a few options based on my preferences, and I ended up getting the best drink I’ve had in a while. She even offered to customize the sweetness level and was really friendly the whole time. The boba was perfect—chewy and fresh—and the atmosphere was cozy. Definitely coming back here soon!
Incredible popcorn chicken and big serving size. Lemon passion fruit boba tea also so good
