As far as chains go we used to like P.F. Chang's. This was a sub par experience so much that we won't go back again. We ordered the chefs menu where we get soup and a an app before our entree. The main dish came before our drinks arrived and our soup and appetizers. We told them we didn't want it then. They brought the soup and appetizers and then brought the meal before we were even started on our soup — like it was a race. The wine was not good. My husband's cocktail seemed to have no alcohol at all. Even though the restaurant was more than half empty, At not one point did anyone clear even one dish from our table. We were stacking our dishes and putting them to the side yet no one came to take them so we ended up with a table of dirty dishes which made us want to leave.
Server forgot our sushi appetizer and after we reminded them it came when we were nearly finished eating. We've had bad service here a lot but come back to give it another chance.
Well it's been awhile since I went to P.F. Chang's a restaurant I always enjoyed. My guess is that it will close. When you go into a large restaurant in a busy shopping mall and it's empty you should know there is reason why. Food was lukewarm at best- the spring rolls were mushy as if they boiled them before frying and didn't drain them. The lettuce wraps were gelatinous and the kung pao chicken was orange chicken with peanuts. Wonderful service though.
Fire everytime!
The food was delicious. Loved everything ❤️
Many gluten-free options and low carb as well.

Not what it used to be. Table was tight to sit in (I'm a big girl) and the service was just okay. Not bad but definitely not impressive. The place looked empty and the table was sticky. It needs to be given a thorough cleaning. We had the feast and everything was good. We had the pork dumplings, pork egg rolls, white rice, hot n sour soup, salads (they don't have ranch), Mongolian beef, broccoli beef, sesame chicken, spicy chicken, and chilli green beans.

Oh how far has PF Changs fallen to disgrace with deterioration since private equity took over. This one at a premier location in Stanford Shopping Center is utter rubbish and perhaps a new invention as to how bad you can make Americanized Chinese food. Even a chain can't go this low.
There was a time, perhaps a decade ago, where PF Changs stood for decent upper class fusion Chinese. Their dry spare ribs with spice sprinkles were pretty amazing. Well not anymore. The meat was soft but wasn't tasteful or marinated enough. And they took away the spices.
The lettuce wraps were okay but the meat felt like it was from a can or a factory. The crab wontons had cream cheese injected into them which completely throws away the balance of anything remotely seafood or Chinese. The edamame didn't even have salt on it.
The damage doesn't stop there. The orange chicken literally was dunked into orange juice and was sour to an unbearable degree. The lo mein was bearable though.
And lastly, to rub salt on the wound, it ain't even that cheap. Save yourself time and money and a cringing palate. Go to any one of the many local Chinese restaurants around Palo Alto.
Won't ever be returning. Wouldn't be surprised if the place shuts down soon as they barely had customers on a Friday night.
Parking: Free parking at Stanford Shopping Center.

You come across outstanding customer once every so often. Akiles was one of those outstanding experiences that needs to be noticed. I was told he was mentored through Camille who in the past has shown nothing but professional and outstanding customer service.now I know where Akiles got his experience. Please let them both know that I said Thank you

I went to have some drinks at the bar and stumbled on their Happy Hour! Great HH menu! We got a Margarita and a Cosmo. We also got some lettuce wraps and shrimp somethings. The wraps came with this amazing peanut-like sauce which totally kicked them up. The shrimp somethings were ok, nothing special.
Dietary restrictions: They have a separate menu for nut allergies.

Very enjoyable time! Happy Hour all day ! Weekends also👍 The lovely waiter and waitress were easy to talk with and very friendly :) Super time with my girlies and we will be back!
Disgusting
The beef dish ( kung poa) was half peanuts
Cold and just gross…
Server took our order ( curly dark hair tattoos ) and didn’t write anything down and got the order wrong
Disgusting gross won’t be back …
