Our server was pleasant and efficient. We wish we had gotten his name to thank him personally on this review. Food portions were generous and nicely plated on good quality stoneware. The price point was good for the delicious assortments on the menu. We enjoyed the cocktails at $8.99. Out only objection was the background music that had a booming pulse. Perhaps this vibe is not our style. It makes conversation difficult.
The food and service were very good--but the "new" mai tai was not to my liking, at all. Why change what was an excellent drink ?? I was very pleased when our server returned it and I was not charged. The Marguerita I re-ordered was much better.
Food was not good. The beef in the broccoli beef was so hard. Not as good as it used to be. The soups were good.
Our waiter was absolutely wonderful. He couldn't have been nicer. The food and service were fantastic.
Server was a ooor communicator. Had to clarify the menu three times before we could order properly. Food quality has gone downhill since last time I had been. (Probably about 3 years)
Very nice .good food
Ordered takeaway via Grubhub. Pricey but very nice. Came with hot and sour soup.

I have been a loyal customer of PF Chang's for decade but now I am deeply saddened by how much the quality of their foods have dropped. Kung Pao shrimp used to be my must-order here but now it is UNBEARABLY salty, I could not even swallow it! One time I thought maybe it was just bad luck that day so I didn't say much about it. But I recently tried it at the PF Chang's in SEA airport and the shrimp was equally salty! Now that means they have changed their standard overall! Overly salty basically indicate the ingredients are not fresh enough. I won't try this restaurant again for sure.

Tatum is the best bartender and genuinely sweet person as well and truly talented and creative. She listens and creates special drinks not on the menu. Love her!!

Food came out perfect. Great service from a young woman who gave me refills without having to be asked. 5/5.

As far as chains go we used to like P.F. Chang's. This was a sub par experience so much that we won't go back again. We ordered the chefs menu where we get soup and a an app before our entree. The main dish came before our drinks arrived and our soup and appetizers. We told them we didn't want it then. They brought the soup and appetizers and then brought the meal before we were even started on our soup — like it was a race. The wine was not good. My husband's cocktail seemed to have no alcohol at all. Even though the restaurant was more than half empty, At not one point did anyone clear even one dish from our table. We were stacking our dishes and putting them to the side yet no one came to take them so we ended up with a table of dirty dishes which made us want to leave.
Good food, good service, good experience

The food was great. I took my mom here for Mother's Day and she loved it. They have a $20 and $30 meal special that's a great price for the amount of food they give.
